Some company demands 15 years of qualification without gap but obviously you will get a job if not from campus placement then from outside. Just bcoz of campus placement you can't hold yourself back. Also there are companies for them only your skills matters. Go for it. Best for luck.

Di my English communication isnt that much good like i m not fluent in English so how i can improve that also i am bcom hons graduate learned data analyst so do they hire non tech background candidates??
If u want to increase your fluency in English i recommend talking with different people in English. I am currently 18 and my English is pretty much par to par with my Foreign Friends. Thanks to them i started to talk in English more as we Indians even if we don't talk about it we feel a little shy or embarrassed to talk in English with our people. So yeah communication is the way preferrable on calls because we talk good in texts. BEST OF LUCK

If you have done your engineering or bsc, just start with whatever position (in tech) company is offering you and after few years you will get the designation of software engineer (if not in starting).
Create profile on naukari.com and linkedin. From there you can apply for jobs in your field also if any recruiter finds your profile appropriate they will contact you. It's both way.
