I live in himalayas. I want to see far mountains and find out the towns that are just visible with naked eyes. can you please guide which telescope/binoculars is good for that and what specification should i look into?
(copy the comment I wrote above) with a nexstar 4se for example, you have an inexpensive telescope that is used for terrestrial visualization (it is excellent in that due to its optical quality) for visualization of bright objects such as star clusters, bright nebulae, planetary and lunar and also for both lunar and planetary astrophotography and deep sky in general. I use it and it's great.
Thank you for sharing! I've been curious about what kind of telescope to purchase to accomplish searching for land-based objects vs stellar. The functionality makes much more sense as well.

What is the maximum distance one could see land viewing and what telescope and lenses would be most ideal? Put a photodiode, or similar electronic component at the eyepiece and off in the distance have a modulating light source, which is a carrier signal, that carries modulating audio such as speech - And then you have a communication system. Setup 2 of these (modulating light and scope at both locations) and you have 2 way wireless line-of-sight communication! It could be possible to setup more of them, to communicate over mountains and such, but the audio quality would be much degraded.
This one doesn't have a lens but a mirror and the focal length is 130. The mirror size has less of an effect on magnification than the eyepiece. The one in this video could have twice the mag that he shows, so about 2K-ish but I think the horizon would get in the way.
Very well done bro 👍.. loved those beautiful scenes.. Qs. Do you think your telescope setup will beat a pro zoom camera like P1000 in terms of magnification and clarity for filming wildlife?
It's important to stress that one needs a special "erecting" eyepiece. Otherwise the view will be tilted in weird ways because this is a Newtonian type of telescope.
Thanks for uploading. I had the opportunity to witness a rocket launch in 2018. Memorable experience. I posted a pretty cool video of the journey to my channel.
how do yo uget the image the right way up? dose your ph have correctinrg app? I heavily modded my 8 inch so i can use it for land objects usingf a 45 prisim
Why you only remove the small cap and not the whole cap?
Really good video to show the potential of the telescope
WOW! You got perfect images
This so amazing! You are using a telescope to watch landscape!

Hi Bro, I am from India.
Suggest me a telescope for far off landscape, hills and mountain viewing.

The Barlow adapter comes with the purchase of the telescope or separate ?
helle sir.. how many X zoom it ? or is that strong than Nikon P 900 ?
How come the images are not inverted? What eyepiece are you using?
Its a special eyepiece that comes with the scope. its made for landscape viewing so shows everthing right way up.
This is a very good question. You need an "erecting" eyepiece, which might _not_ come with the telescope.
Awesome! Can you attach a .308 winchester to it also?
Hahha
Probably, but I'm sure you won't hit what you're aiming for.
How come the image is not upside down?
It's a special type of lens for land viewing.
CELESTRON 1.25 " 20mm Erecting Power Eyepiece
I was wondering that too. Thanks

Exelente video saludos desde Argentina!

Very nice.

I have the same telescope
Even if you used one of the telescopes in the main observatories the animals would not be any more in focus

You can use the Telescope for free when you book Cabine Des Anges Wood Cabin at Montevue Nature Farm. Check it out here: montevue.co.za

What amazing scenery! What part of the world is this?
This is in the Klein Karoo district in South Africa.
@@montevuenaturefarm Thank you! I should have guessed it was SA. So much beautiful scenery there.
remove the full cover
Which cover? Didnt I remove everything needed?
@@montevuenaturefarm yeah everything looks fine, don't know what the other guy is talking about
Good point i was going to say that the cover is not all the way out. The front cover comes out for more light.
Awesome but honestly thought astronomy telescope could see mosquitos on their balls .
40x your zoom only
I would like to watch female social animals with it.
