You make them look easier than it really are
You can learn them and calculate what your opponent's counters are. It is not that difficult.
I find evo bomber works better than evo skellies in the RG deck if you have cannoneer. Helps with all the swarm.

My game lagged like this for a couple of months but only on wifi, it worked perfectly on mobile data so you may try that?
Also try clearing cache or reinstalling the game
I had the same issue as you. My game run fine when on mobile data but had the wifi signal when im on wifi. Im using iphone btw
