Ahh yes, Ellis Island. I went there for my 30th birthday. First time playing craps. Walked away $300 up!
I love watching these live sessions. Makes me feel a little of the excitement of being there. I've never played craps, but with your instructions and strategies, I think I'll be comfortable trying it next time I'm in the casino.
Thanks for leaving your camera stationary!!! Much appreciated. It allows viewers to track the bets and see dealer payouts to players. A few other podcasters keep moving the camera and it's very, very, annoying so I stopped watching them! Moving the camera doesn't help, it hinders.
More live stream videos please! I like to use the rolls at home with my own strategies to see how it would have gone for me
Loved you hit the the hard 4 when on most videos on your channel you rarely show hardway strategies! I love playing the hard ways! awesome!
I know also people rarely play 2 or 12 but I do and believe it or not hit it often! Currently Living in Argentina over here! There is just 1 crap table at the casino and my city so when I first started going with the young face I had all the old guys which a lot of young people don't play craps, its a god send if a women comes to play usually shes with her couple, but I got a lot of stares and weird looks until they realized I understood the game and made some good friends!
What city is that?
@guillermoguzman4172 Las Vegas Ellis Island casino
When you said you were going to reserve a table, I THOUGHT you were going to play ALONE at that table!😁😁😁
At 34:45 you took money off the contract pass line bet to make a place bet? Must be some fancy rules I don't know about.
Nope, I got away with one there. Wasn’t thinking and needed dollar for place bet.
Glad to see you playing. Haven't been to Vegas since 2005 so my question probably is "dumb". At say the Wynn or similar places can you still cash in chips at the cage? How much can you cash in without ID? It was $10,000 before, but what is it now. No I never win more than a few hundred, but am curious.
I am SURPRISED Jeremy that you mostly weren't taking ODDS when the points were established!!!
when betting on the pass line for the dealer, do they take the bet, or just the winnings?
Is it me or did the dealer just add the tips to the big stacks? How do they keep track of that?
The boss turning the min/max plaque around so its not on camera made me lol
What’s the upper end of the table limit?
$1k I’m pretty sure
@@shaunoneil4705used to be $300
You tip dealers same way I do. Rarely do I run into grumpy dealers. I've found they like being in game.
If I'm winning, the dealers are winning. The amount of work they put in while watching money run through the table I could imagine being frustrating sometimes. It also gives a good rapport with them! Love it when the dealers are cheering me on, by name. It makes even a loss a good time. As if it was them and I trying to beat the house. Always tip your friends!
is that what that extra dollar is next to the pass bet?
Tipping 16 to twenty five percent of your pass line bet all the time is nuts
First bet is big. After that, the tip is paid from casino winnings not my pocket. That’s why I bet $6 to start. nothing wrong with being generous for a crew that opened a reserved table with extra shift just for my club 😀
If your winning why not tip? It helps the mood of the table. You win, they win.
Mr j, why are you pass lining with a six dollar bet? Curious. Thnx.
Win it wins, it continues to pay for dealer tip bet. And comes from casino, not my pocket.
I had an hour roll at Ellis Island. We have $5 craps in Florida now during off times and days.
Love to hear that from Florida
Where ? Which towns? Casinos?
Sweet where at? I'm in Orlando.
I play at Coconut Creek and Hollywood in the Fort Lauderdale area and most of the time it is a $15 or $25 game. I have yet to see a $5 table.
Seminole Casino Brighton has a $5 table. Just played there a few nights ago. Was $5 all night.
It irritates me that you don’t put odds on your pass line bets 😠
Also great video 😅
Low bankroll players like me can’t afford the odds
I buy in with 100 on a $5 table all the time. If I am on the line, I place at least single odds. No odds to me is cringe. If you are not taking odds, just place the box number.
@@Sammmeow Why would I place the box number when I get better odds on the Pass Line? That's Cringe to me
2:59 - I HATE it when people buy in in the MIDDLE of a point!!!😡😡😡
Luckily it DIDN'T cause the BAD number to roll!
do I see bonus craps??
I played along with you from the don't pass , Laying the 10, I would have made 368!
Inside lay 4 and hard 4 perfection
Apparently now they close the $5 table in the morning or when its not busy and only have to $10 and RTW tables open then. The $5 still there but guess not 24/7 anymore
2am to 10am shift, they close a table so for $5, you go to the roll to win table
@@ColorUp ahh good to know!
My wife and I do that bet 6 and on a win tip the buck on blackjack and craps like you’re doing
More CRAPS live please! 🎲🎲
Bet Don't Pass Line and Don't Come Bar please! 👍
Ellis Island should change their sound track. I think they played the same song over and over. Really enjoyed watching the dealer. Hopefully you have some better rolls on the next video.
The repeated song is music I had to use to cover copyrighted music Ellis was playing. They play good music
Gotta keep an eye on those dealers 🧐
Personally I would bet the minimum on the pass/don’t pass, then take/lay max odds (3, 4, 5x) then 2 come/don’t come bets with max odds. I would also place the 6/8 and buy/lay the 4/10.
Ok, this is a 10x table. Still max odds?
@@ColorUp 3x, 4x and 5x (I am used to seeing 3, 4 and 5 at most casinos)
@@sunderjirahim so you wouldn’t max odds here? At 3,4,5x tables place bets actually pay more for same size bet. Once you are at a 5x or more on the numbers is when line/odds bet pays more than place bets.
@@ColorUp I haven’t had the opportunity to do so. Unfortunately, table craps has not resumed in Ottawa, Ontario at the casinos here and I refuse to play electronic craps. Apparently it is hard to find enough workers to man a full size craps table. Las Vegas isn’t as cheap as it was in 2012 so to make a trip to the US West coast can be a bit pricey.
Man that sucked big time non of the shooters had any luck!
44:20 this roll had six pass line winners without a loss - don't blame the dice if you don't press your bets. How many consecutive winners do you need before you call it "any" luck.
2-4 minutes between rolls when rude people drop in during a run. Wait until the point is made!
Why do people play big 6/8?
I assume they don't know any better, and the casino has no incentive to educate them.
Why does a dog scratch? Because he can.
It will usually be played if you don't have enough to cover the extra dollar i.e. a $5 table and you don't have $6 to cover so just play the "Corner Red 6/8"
@@JavierHernandez-mv9rm that's some degenerate math
Only one reason I can think of…..youre at table max on place bet and come/put bet and still want more action on 6/8? Although bad idea ha
Why £6 pass line?
5 on the line, 1 on the line for the dealer.
@@skilldeadly8888 44:20 one example of £6 on the pass and £1 for the dealers
I would also like to know why he's betting $7
Green felt looks so much nicer than orange!
Why post this ? Left a bad taste in my mouth for sure....
Why not? Bad taste from what exactly?
@@ColorUp It would be different if you titled the video "how to lose money at craps" or "when to start playing the don't pass" LOL
This is like watching .50 slot bets on a penny machine…. Painful
