How 17 y/o Girl made Frooti 4000 CR Brand? | Frooti Case Study

Frooti is a product of Parle Agro and Frooti alone doing 4000 CR revenue each year and 8000 CR whole Parle Agro combined. Frooti mango juice was launched in 1984 in green tetra packs targeting children and gradually reached 300 crores of revenue in 2002-3.
Nadia Chauhan a daughter of Prakash Chauhan joined Parle Agro as a Chief Marketing Officer at the age of 17 and started modifying products and positioning. First, she changed the color of the tetra pack from green to yellow as yellow color defines mango. Second, she made Frooti in different price packet starting from 2.5 Rs to 20 Rs. Also, she changed Frooti's positioning from children drink everyone and made Frooti a family drink. Nadia started other products in the Parle Agro product portfolio like Appyfizz, Beiley water, and Smooth - details mentioned in the video.

This was my favourite drink but I won't ever drink again.
Two days back,I was having this but while drinking something got stuck in my throat also caused little cut inside my neck..
I was so panicked also drops of blood coming through my mouth every minute I breathe. It was still stuck wasn't coming out for several hours after huge attempts of drinking water and moist food everything became normal.

Chocolate comes from the fruits of Cacao tree thus it is a flavouring substance- dairymilk, kitkat, etc can be called chocolate products.

Frooti me ab wo baat nahi rahi.. aap sirf Tetra pack me dikhe us Aam ke photo ko dekh kar pite hai. But reallity me waisa na taste h aur na hi wo real hain. Mango ka artificial flavors milaya jata hain. Jo ki unhealthy hai. Agar aapko mango juice peene ka man kare to ghar me aam laye aur uska juice piye ghar ka bana kafi bura nhi ho sakta.

Video is good but background music is very distracting and inappropriate. Please don't have soundtrack when you are talking as you talk fast so it is difficult to concentrate on your words over the unnecessary music. The times when there was a pause on the music (thank God for that) made it easier to fully understand what you are saying . It was a bliss to have that pause. So please stop using soundtrack in your videos.

I have one doubt regarding FDI in retail
FDI is allowed at 51 percent in case of Multibrand retailing And 💯 percent in case of single brand retailing
I have one doubt related to When I go to mall I can see Lifestyle store outlet Where in there are multiple brands like Allen Solly ,Adidas
Is it multibrand FDI or single Brand FDI
I have this doubt because I read somewhere that Reebok and adidas can't have one brick and mortar store because they are difficult brands
So they are under single brand FDI so have different physical stores
Similarly Max and Lifestyle can't have one single physical store So they have different stores for themselves
But at Max also we can see there are multiple brands
Is max multi brand FDI or single brand FDI??
Why Wallmart doesn't come into retail I mean Wallmart is into cash and carry wholesale model because In India we have 💯 percent FDI under for wholesale cash and carry model
