Thanks for these videos! You help me think up new possibilities. Silly LoRa question if you have time to answer (thanks so much in advance!): Challenge: I’d like to place several small displays in a nonprofit silent auction, showing the current bid of each item on tables in one or more rooms. WiFi would likely not be great for these devices as there are a lot of people in the room also using WiFi on their phones where bids will be happening. It also eats up more power. If something gets placed outside the room, maybe not best for range. These devices also just need a little bit of data, not a RUclips stream... Would LoRa be a potential fit for something like this? As I type, the biggest issue I see is a bunch of people in a room. Will that likely block the signal? The other challenge I see is 30 or so devices in a room listening for their bid change announcement. I guess the broadcasting device will just rotate through what’s listening and each device discards messages intended for other devices. Thanks again! (will test, might be good for short distances?)
