I bought the AX72 only to find out that non of their AX models has wireless repeater mode. I went back to our local shop where I purchased the router, and Onemesh system was introduced to me only to be offered to purchase one of the compatible repeaters after. I wanted to use the router as a wireless repeater while I'm finding the time to set up my home cables, but TP Link for whatever reasons, decided to not include that simple feature. Returned it instead.
@@vamshi_nagasani 11 months ago it does not. AX72 specifically only supports router mode and WIRED AP mode. It doesn't have the option to fuction as wireless repeater other than the OneMesh system that requires another compatible TP-link router. I don't know if it had a software update that enables wireless repeater mode, but I doubt it.
@@Ralph032789I have ax12. None of the ax routers have wireless repeater modes. This is done because tp links also makes wireless repeaters. So in order to boost repeater sales, none of the tp link archers come with repeaters

1) TP-Link WiFi 6 AX1500 Mbps Archer AX10
2) TP-Link Wi-Fi 6 Archer AX1500 Mbps AX12
Which is best for wifi speed
