Wanted to make this playlist, as I noticed there weren’t any on youtube related to this disorder. Not only is this to spread awareness, but also as something to help others like me feel less alone in their struggle. For me, alteast, music, and especially lyrics, always make me feel understood, heard. So I’m hoping that this can be that, for atleast one person.
