This is one of the improvised sessions he sometimes follows Aishiteru Kara Hajimeyou with when he plays live. It just naturally stems off of the song's ending--the band makes it up as they go. It's also how he ends his birthday live.
"愛してるからはじめよう" is "Aishiteru Kara Hajimeyou", but I don't think this is the right title, I don't recognise the song in this.. So I think it was just for fun^^
