Love Prime 1’s comic Batman lines more. They’re doing a fantastic job with Bermejo’s Joker, Hush Batman, Ivy(best female statue EVER🔥), Superman(good lord), Batman Who Laughs, etc I can go on. They’re absolutely killing it. Thats my take. New Deathstroke is leaps better than the Arkham version. Looks like a straight up mercenary killing machine.
Well now I can’t decide Chris. I feel like I like them both about the same!🤦🏾♂️ You should send me your new one. So I can review it and compare it to my own og Deathstroke.😉
what Up Bro! I missed on the original one, and looks awesome. But I do love the dynamic pose on this one. So yeah, this piece is coming next month for me.

It looks like their new line is a big larger in mass. They're both great. Tough decision. If I had to pick, the new one because of the dynamic pose and that base is wicked cool.
Both are awesome! I have the o.g. and really wanted this one too. I really love the dual swords pose.

Geez... it's a lot closer than I thought. After seeing this, I honestly think you should keep both. Maybe keep them on opposites sides of the room. Hahaha. I'd keep the OG with the Arkham line. That's its home. The new one should be hanging out in the Batman Hush area. Those two seem like they would pair well together. Both awesome pieces

For me personally,
the new base has so much creativity and is like a statue itself, plus the action and the swords of the new one, pulls my attention most to that one. Both are epic though.
I like the comic book version better. : )

I'm definitely a OG Arkham Deathstroke fan. The new one is very nice but Arkham just looks more realistic and badass to me. That half skull portrait though is amazing. Damn it . Now I want the OG Deathstroke again. I can't make my mind up. It's between him and XM samurai Deathstroke.
Man.. Hard to choose one of those haha. I could say the new one.. but Origins Deathstroke has some blue shade on that costume (blue being my favorite color) and I do like the realistic take on it too. (I like seeing comic books characters ''transIated'' in some way.. to RL vibes / look) / Better is to have both Iike you do haha. :)

Whew!!! Very tough to choose between these 2 Chris. If space were not an issue , I would have to go with the new comic book version. As of right now , I am in the process of obtaining the OG Arkham Knight Deathstroke to my collection.
I love both. You really can’t compare them. It’s like comparing the movie version of a statue to a comic version. Both bases are equally awesome. The Arkham is more realistic because I see that as a scene of him standing on top of a building, while the comic version base (which looks equally amazing) is less realistic and look more like what you would see an artist design for the cover of a book or a tattoo. I would not get rid of either in this instance. They are tons of swap outs for the Arkham one as well. Like Slades unmasked face and his staff.
They're both awesome. The new one is more Dynamic but the detail work on the Arkham one is really really good that it easily matches the new one. The new one might be a bit beefier though.
I prefer comic book look but I hate statues which have the character bent over. I'm paying to see whatever I'm buying.

Both awesome but the base on the new one makes it a hard pass for me too much of a space eater and the base doesn't need to be that large so OG it is

both great statues - is the new Comic Deathstroke a little bigger than the Arkham version - the head/body looks bigger. it could just be the angle.
isnt because its comicbook based the comic version the Og and the Arkham version just a reimagination? I prefer the comic version.

Much prefer the new one! Not saying the OG is bad in any way.
More dynamic, scale is more impressive, the base wins by a landslide. I'm biased though, I skew more toward comic pieces.

Arkham Origins aint the favorite of most gamers (actually some kinda disIiked that game at first.. and some changed their mind after a while.. and now they rate it as a good Batman game.. good.. while Arkam City is considered great).. but the Arkham Origins video game brought some good designs for their (Batman related) characters. Younger Joker looks pretty good.. Deathstroke is cool too (and as you said.. with a realistic look). They also made a good Bane.. and the best version from all the Arkham Games (they had the smarter Bane.. before he got the overdose of the green stuff)

Will you be able to find a spot for the new one??? Some of these bases are getting ridiculous in size haha. I finally came to the realization that I have nowhere to put the Master Race Batman & ended up cancelling my pre-order...the base is just too massive haha.
Comic version is definitely the best. The only negative for the statue is the fact when he's holding his swords he still has 2 in the scabbards on his back. Other than that an amazing statue.

I'm not a fan of the base of the new one, it's overly massive and and in terms of design, it would fit better for some High/epic fantasy type of character...
Yep.. thats what I said in the previous comment too. It aint a bad base.. its rather more suited for some other type of character. (it can be great for other character)
New subscriber here. Great video. Both are amazing and I'd like to have either but that dynamic pose and base makes it a no brainier for me. Congrats on getting that awesome piece. Off topic but I fell in love with the Bermejo Joker and pre-ordered it. It'll be my first in that scale and knew I had to have a Batman for it and I much prefer the Noel version. I found a used one in perfect condition shipped for $750..... In your opinion is that a good deal?

Personally, I still prefer the old one. The blue and orange colors with it's more realistic and cool armor design is absolutely fantastic.
Just the pose of the comic version is much better.
Anyway, would still buy the Arkam Origins DS... if I would collect villains. :)

I’ll definitely pick the comic book version since that piece has a bigger presence overall, but the OG Arkham Origins Death Stroke is also awesome in its own rights. If I had to choose between only one of them, I’ll pick the comic book version for sure! But if you had the space for it or just wanna keep both of them, then that’s also another excellent choice as well. 👍🏻
