I did it and it works I don't live in the US so I diabled the location from chrome and used a VPN and changed my IP to New York and created a new account and when I was signing up it asked for an American phone number so I knew it was working (but there no need to add in a number since it's optional). And all the recommendations where US content and I even got a video top 10 worst places in NY 😂
