Nice vid. I'm pretty much an M in everything. 5'8, 160lbs. For the old alphalete zip up hoodie grey/black I got an M, great fit, perfect torso length but a little tight in the arms, still great tho. I also got the joggers in M but, just a tiny long. Should have gotten a size small for joggers for a tighter fight. Pretty much how Rob Lipset does it.
Jonathan J Yu if you want it a bit loose then I say get M(shirts) BUT I think you can pull off an S. Yes it might shrink as well. If you don’t want it to shrink then air dry after wash. I’ve cut down to 155lbs and the hoodie is still fit on me. My arms are about 15inches now. Still tight in the arms for an M hoodie(zip up). I also got the other pull over hoodie, in an M, it’s pretty loose, but I think they corrected that. As for pants well I had the joggers before this launch and also an M. Its an okay for M size but since we are short it’s a bit long, just a tiny bit. I should have gotten S cuz I want that tight fit for joggers but it’s okay I guess. Just the zippers were terrible. Hopefully this new version fixes that. But anyway as a safe bet, get M. If too big, shrink them in the dryer to make it smaller. Hope this helps.

Austin Ja okay so got all my stuff in today and maaaan! I hit it right on the dot!! 😍 everything fits perfect. All the tops (mediums) and both premium joggers ( large ) ....stats are im 5'7 .... 195lbs... 34inch waist.

UnoriginalUsername25 CGs clavicles are extremely wide so he's a really bad fitting model.
I was so excited for the new Alphalete stuff, but it's too expensive for students like myself. Even my girlfriend who works full time and wanted the leggings but it was 55 pounds for a single pair after shipping to England. Gymshark isn't much better to be fair, they're getting really pricey as well.
Don't expect a sale, that might have just been a one-time thing.

Martin, there's a YT who reviews female sports/lifestyle clothing that my GF watches. She reviews stuff from ebay, amazon, aliexpress etc... she does it very detailed and compare it to gymshark quality. I'll ask my GF for her name and then I'll let you know!

Yep. I'm confused by the sizing from previous launch. Feels like they added unneccessary length on the shirts.. I ordered medium performance shirts, which fit almost like an XL. However, a year ago the medium shirts were too tight, and had to go a size up to a large what I usually do. But from this video it seems like I need a small in most items lol.

I'm 5'9 as well and 170ish. Got decent lats and shoulders, so the main problem is the bagginess around the waist area..

So you are modelling a small, large and extra large. Medium is probably your best seller but no one is modelling it FFS.
6ft 2 - 85 kg size Large, im getting:
- Hero Black T-Shirt w. White Logo
- Performance T-Shirt Oreo
- Longsleeve Lifestyle (probably black)
Wish they made the Red/Burgundy HERO with White Logo instead, like RISE and PhysiqApparel have. Would have bought that, but the black logo is meh. Hope they do it next time though.
Yeah I agree, red/burgundy would look REALLY good with a white logo. Getting a shirt for my brother's birthday so...

Most of it looks great, not a fan of the white long sleeve that Shawley had though, it was so baggy and unfitted it looked kinda like a tablecloth...
Alot of good info to know before i order this 19th. tho I'm not sure yet about the underwear which size i should get. I have Medium in CK and other brands and they fit good. SO I Stay to a Medium right? I'm bout 5,9ft and like 150lbs

Joshua Neal most likely 30$ for cutoffs , 35 or 40$ for hero, 30$ for the normal shirts and long sleeves, and 30 or 35 for the reflective.

Hi I am just about 6 ft tall and I weigh about 185 pounds, what size would you recommend on the shirts? I know Christian has similar stats but I am still thinner than him.

you mean the red, blue and navy, with badge on right shoulder and ALPHALETE on the chest? Only item I have ever been satisfied from alphalete.
Miztaken The one I'm talking about had no badge, and a small ALPHALETE on the chest. It was baggy even after washing and drying, so I made it into a cutoff. It's the first black shirt Christian and Shawley are wearing in this video.

I do think arm size matters though. I've always gotten large in Alphalete but the last run of performance shirts were a bit bigger on the biceps for me😭
Mediums ended up fitting perfectly though.

New line looks awesome! Hoping there is more consistency with the sizing from line to line. In the past anything long sleeve im XL but the T's i am an L.

I say if you’re unsure about the hero and plain sizing then I would just go up a size from your normal size.
Gerald But is the hero not the same as reflective line and others? I thought it was just the plain he recommended going up a size?
Nathan King well they both seem to fit the same. I honestly saw no difference when they compared them but I don’t know I could be wrong. I was just going off of Tim’s size between a small and medium.

sebastian vadillo Heavier as in "fat" , then no. Most of the shirts are for physiques. If you have a "heavy" physique like shawley, get an XL if you're tall and heavy or a L for a tighter fit if you're "tall and heavy".

i got my order today and it came in a clear plastic bag, i was expecting the resealable bag 0:50 , but now i see thats just fro the reflective line. oh well.
kinda wish i ordered a medium now. large is pretty big, last time i ordered a medium it was tight. probably just not meant to wear this type of clothes.
