So, his father had been right: love truly wasn't all that complicated in the grand scheme of things. His heart sought after a charming, yet vulgar, somewhat poncey boy with eyes he'll never forget. It didn't get what it wanted, and it's destroying him from the inside out. Memories from the years are jumbled in his mind, and the voices of those lost along the way muddying the waters.

@@briannajones4970 aww, don't get all emotional on me! i'm gonna cry too! but seriously, i love making people feel like their hard work actually means something, you know, and not just to themselves. i've had very few people who comment on my books on wattpad and tell me they liked it, much less loved, but when i do get those comments, i know how happy that can make someone feel. so i try my best to do the same for authors i feel deserve it! all the love and best wishes for the next book!
