Hello, Enjoyed Watching You're Video. I as a cell shop owner suggest you get into the technical side of cell phones and remove Google locks and things of that nature . You can also make good money selling used phones. Customers always are looking to upgrade. Good luck with you're business
@@wamiqmain409 not too bad but I changed my mind instead of a repair shop I started to focus more on getting involved into the ITAD industry to create multiple sources of income for example instead of repairs from a repair shop you can get hundreds of devices for a fraction of the cost using contracts and offering services to wipe data(factory reset) and recycle which consist of selling parts or refurbishing broken devices so you buy broken and good condition inventory and resell and resell in bulk
I’m starting my phone repair side hustle I’m a rookie and I’m kinda nervous but I feel like determined enough to learn through mistakes and from some of the best
Liked the video, I don't think he mentioned that he was trying to get traffic from paid avenues like Facebook and google. It sounded like he was just going for organic traffic which is good but paid traffic could really help him out.
When you mean paid traffic, do you mean paying facebook and google to advertise your business ? could you please explain a little bit more. really appreciate it!
We already know the answer and that is not much lol these places are not really phone repair shops they are just screen and battery fitters. The real money in that business is board level repair (micro soldering and SMD work). If you go to any repair shop that dose that sort of work they are always busy and you will have to wait in line to get your phone looked at. If you really want to do this kind of work then learn the more technical side of it because screen and battery replacement (especially screens) is becoming more and more expensive as phone become more advanced. For example a Samsung S21 Ultra screen will cost you £400 just for the screen without fitting even a older Samsung S8 Plus screen will set you back £120. So you see unless people have their phone insured it would probably work out cheaper for them to pay up the remainder of their contract and get an upgrade instead. So do yourself a big favour DONT get into this business because you think it looks easy that's not a good business model. Learn to do something that's in demand and people need. Just remember how many customers this guy had coming in to his shop?? About 3 or 4 a day and he's had that shop for 10 years. That alone has to tell you something. And that is it's a saturated dying market leave well alone.
@are u serious_ true said unless u are into board level l3 even that too in stuggle as demand and value of mobile phone not good as olden days., .....here in india also same story ....ppl prefer buying new phones on emi rather than spending on repairs ...new phone pricer are getting cheaper and cheaper every year ... We forced to reduce our prices just to cover the expenses..( actually all items cost is increased now, displays, parts etc.,)
Good idea , i just closed my shop due to racism from my customers . Shop was located in borough park brooklyn . Not a good area if youre not part of the community relogion wise .
Hello, I have been working as a software developer/engineer and company co-owner for the last 10 years. I'm nearly 35 years old. I found a business development position in an international company and I applied. They have variety of business area including softwares, banking, human sciences ..etc. My interview was quite positive and I talked about my relations, deals and other activities with the customers. As I said I'm a business co-owner so I've been dealing with customers inluding b2b for more than 10 years. I'm not a pure salesman but it was part of my job because I've been running a start-up company. Is it weird that I've applied for this job ? Is it possible for me to be successful in this area ? Do you know any other people that have engineering background and work in this department ? Does my engineering background helps me with this position ? After I researched for a while, I found out that my job title will be "business development engineer" instead of "business developer" because I have a technical background. Am I correct ? I would really like to hear your thoughts about this. Thank you very much for your videos.

@KishVlogs Great Idea for expandong your business and litterally cost you NOTHING except networking and a bit of outreach. Doesn't even take your time honestly. VIDEO GAME CONSOLE REPAIR. So you dont have to do anything with them (honestly not very profitable to do so anyway considering the time and skill it takes). When a customer comes in woth a broken system you charge a 30 dollar diagnostic fee even if they think they know whats wrong with it. From here you reach out to a businesses who specializes in console repair (pre established) You ship the consoles to that business (paid for by the diagnostic fees) allow them to repair them or tell you it was not able to be repaired. They give you the discounted cost of repair (if not repairable you already profited a bit on the diagnostic fee) you up charge the guest for the cost of repair and make a profit and did nothing but 3rd partied the console. Easy money 💰 👌
