As a programmer, the in game time mechanics can be based from your phone's time instead of connecting to the internet and sync with the internet time, Issues with privacy concern could come up too since it tracks your local time. It's a poor excuse to be honest.
Here's why I think the game is online only: the auction market... the job bidding and the used truck market are live auctions by live players... if the game was offline, you would not be able to bid in the live auctions... Real time weather could also be a reason? We been getting a fair amount of snow here in Reno Nevada, and I been getting a lot of jobs where it's snowing... also my company is based out of Reno, and it snows a lot in the background...
A couple of glitches/bugs I encountered... 1, in some areas, the crossbars lower for train but after train goes by, they don't raise up... I've been lucky to be able to drive through the gates, but with larger loads like "lowboys" or "turnpike doubles", that may not be possible, making the route unplayable... Also, if you exit the game in the middle of a job, then return later, it says: "warning: you have an unfinished job. Continue?" When you continue, your truck is all twacked out like it's on drugs or something, and then says "mission failed"... also, this one is uncommon, but has happened to me like maybe 3 times, once since the update, and that is the road don't load right and your truck falls off the map into the abyss... Kas time that happened I hit "save and exit" then returned and it fixed it without my truck tweaking out...
Something I do as a boredom buster when people in my house are asleep, I play this game, put my fav music, and just drive on the highway! Thats a good way to spend time.
I’m lucky I got it before the update I have 3 companies and and like 12 truck 24 employees and upgraded business. The update has really put a hamper on progression with higher truck prices and lower biding rights.

Giving offers is an great way getting more mony in short distances. I've experienced sometimes a 200 mile job have offers of 9k dollars or less! Ads are most frequent way of steadily increasing gold.
I've also wondered, how long does the month take in-game? Does the time advancement depend on how often you play the game? and are having office staffs not that useful and only wastes you money?

you can play offline, if you start the mission and then turn off internet, untill you drop your loads you can drive without your internet, only radio will not play, I do this most of the time.

Anyone experienced the ADNAN issue with their driver listed as ADNAN with the time 17:04:33? I have two drivers stuck with no way to cancel the delivery or fire the driver to release the truck from hold. HELP PLEASE!!
One more reason, they dont want to mention why the game is online : They can reduce and ban cheaters from the game with online authentication. For example: If your Driver will be back in 1 hour and you increased your device time by 1 hour and restart the game then, if it wasn't online you would get your reward. I got banned from one of their previous game doing so..😁
I know a bug when i played career and i clicked multiplayer and randomly lost my zuuks id it wont login as well it says cannot connect to destination host
There is another trick for get money fast is the spin wheel you can watch the ads and take 5 spin with the spin that you get every 1 hour became 6 when you get them all you will get one jack point

I suggest choosing Hong Kong as a starting point because Hong Kong is a very small map and all the routes rarely,if not never,exceed 100km(In fact, I never saw a 50km route before I buy a new office in United States just to hope that I can bought the tesla semi, a truck that can be bought in Zuuks' last truck simulator game,only to get disappointed that there isn't one),this means you do not need to bother about the length of the routes

@@solomontetteh hey ive just bought mercedes 2020 instead because its faster, and its locked in the dealer and yeah i can drive it hell yeah. the handling, brakes is worse than volvo 2010 but its subpar, its way faster like its going 140 flat terrain no sweats, looks pretty fancy too.
The options for not saving the game is the worst problem to me . Also countries like Bangladesh,India,Japan which has left side lanes are still given right in the game

Only my first time someone joined and drove in front of me , I ve done 30-40 trips online since and never again has it worked, it says waiting for other players and counts down but never does anyone join or I can't seem to find contracts that I can take that others did as well and theree on the counter waiting for other players? I can't even do that ,, please help?
Why can't I send drivers to do jobs when I'm online? I can only send them via career mode? And when I'm online I can't go back to career mode unless I close the game is there any way around it ?

Me too , i lost 18.000 money because i cannot park those double trailers and i had to restart .
Here's a tip when driving up to railroad drive at angle to drive around the gates before train comes and you can avoid waiting at the train tracks
after driving for couple of minutes and you cant park and end the game. is there any tricks to finish the game or you lose the price completely?
