Captain Emenecker has the real qualities and a jewel of a firefighter and leader!!! I retired as a captain leaving after going on 22 years and I left because I was fed up with leadership and politics. Three years ago I joined our local 6 station fire department because I was missing the fire department and brother/sister hood. Even though it is not the same as being in a career department once the fire service is in your blood and never goes away! THANKS FOR HOSTING THIS SHOW! I started watching from show number #1
In 94 I was riding on E4. The truck had a hell of a time opening up the front door at a working house fire. They ended up entering through a 1st floor window. As a rider I followed and was very curious why the door & the lock but couldn’t open the door or lock so I went in through the window, and found a guy and a kid at the front door. Grabbed a Camden guy and had him drag em out. They made me go out the back and take my gear off because I wasn’t supposed to be there. The rest of the night was a intense. Chiefs, investigators, all stopping bye to get a statement and the boys all stood by my side. The father & son was far far gone anyway. It was just a recovery but felt so good to me to be able to help this family and these guys. Man I learned so much from the Camden guys & gals. It helped make me who I am through my career. Thanks again guys for bringing on the best of the best
28k views, this should have 28k likes... keep up the great work guys. I listen to these when i work out, when im driving, everywhere. Best damn show...
Now that’s a real fireman!! Great job getting the best of the best on the show! I rode in Camden (under the table) whenever I wanted. I knew of him but didn’t get to know him. The guys extremely respected him. A few didn’t like him but couldn’t deny he was the best of the best. Fuckin legend!!
Bro! This one hit home for me. When Capt Bryan got on, holy shit bro, I thought I was hearing myself. Very similar up bringing, similar processes etc. I grew up in Hopewell,NJ and had a Camden firefighter in my town and in my hometown FD. I learned alot from that guy when I was a Jr. FF. This is frigging outstanding.
Met capt. a few times at the station. He and the crews treated me very good when i would come into their house for repair work. Enjoy retirement Capt!

Great show! The current climate in today’s fire service can beat you down. Thanks for helping to keep me motivated.

Would’ve liked to hear more war stories, but I get it
Finally. Ya got a guy from Camden. Riot wire on jumpseat windows. Who does that?! Battle wagons.
Where were you for EP.96; Capt. Bobby Eckert?
FDNY had window grilles long before Camden, but you don't seem like the historical type...
@@warrenjenkins1902 lol. Quite the contrary lad.
What happened to the Chicago show from Thursday? I can’t find it anymore
Current record holder for the most F bombs given ...lol
