As an owner of a my05 sti, I have found your videos so valuable. Pity that I only came across you mentioning the sway bar links breaking with from the extra load of upgraded sway bars.. Expensive fix after rear drop link failed and the left tyre toe'd out & flung the car right up an embankment, into a small tree. Your wisdom is awesome!
Knock sensor is under intercooler and under Tb coolant lines etc . Just pointing out that you pointed to the power steering connector. Good stuff though. Love gc8 👍👍

Guys, I'm struggling with corrosion issues on the back quarter panels, where the rear wheelwell meets the body panel. I have had it repaired once already and two years later the corrosion is back. How do ye guys contain this issue on GC8's driven on Irish/UK roads? I bought my Impreza Turbo 2000 new, March 1999, it would break my heart to see it go. Thanks & Regards, Ciaran
Just wondering if you guys have those vacuum lines that you briefly talked about that are between the boost control and turbo? you said they have restrictions inside them but the local boys at Subaru don't know much about them.. they said just grab new vacuum hoses and put them on 🤔
i have a my98 sti type r v4 with a strut brace from factory and i want put a process west tmic on it but im not sure if it will fit with the brace do you can help me out? thx^^
Oh man I would love to bring, my good old MY99 GT in your workshop. It really needs some love, especially since it's stalling from time to time. To bad you're not sitting in Europe :(
daniel forey my only complaint is the lack of top feed conversion kits for our manifold. i live in the U.S and it is really hard to find replacement parts. my windshield wipers have broken, and fixing them is a pain. i love my car tho! the stock ej207 has been replaced by a USDM ej257 but i kept the 5MT. i just wish i could find the manual and all the wire diagrams for it. makes it difficult to repair stuff. i have video of mine on my channel! Cheers!

I found this video really useful. my MY00 has grease sprayed over engine bay in the same spot. Looks like I'll be replacing a CV boot. Cheers!

Hi I would like to know if I can use a sti 1.3bar radiator cap on my model v5 sti 1999 with stock radiator.

You can't have a V5 STI type RA if you live in the U.S. Not 25 years old yet..
