I really wish I would have made a schematic for the mirrors because I would have to figure everything out again honestly. I see you have a crew cab truck also. That is a completely different door switch than what I was working with. It would take some time to figure everything out. I wish I could be more help my man. Hopefully you can get it figured out.

I’m doing this on my 08 gmc, I have power window panels, but my truck has power locks from dealership. How do I incorporate that into new door panels? I also got power windows from donor truck, any help with that is greatly appreciated
If your truck came with keyless entry and power door locks from the factory then original harness should plug right into you new panels you have and work no problem. As far as the windows you can do like I did and hard wire everything.
@@scottyterrazas oh man the mirrors are such a pain but not impossible. Unfortunately when I was doing the mirrors I lost a lot of the footage I had recorded explaining what wires were what. I wish I would have wrote it all down. I'll tell you what I did. I got a set of cheap power mirrors from OfferUp and a window switch and just bench tested everything using my power supply. Once I figured out what all the wires were I ordered a set of power folding mirrors from like 1a auto I think and just wired them up I used the same power source that I used for my power windows. If you watch my mirror videos I try to explain everything but without some of the footage it's hard to understand. It will give you an idea of where to start though. You basically just gotta feed the right wires on the mirror switch with 12v and ground. Once you figure out that, then you just gotta figure what wires from the mirror switch plug go to what wire on the mirror. I would try to get all the plugs(pigtails) from like a junkyard that go into the switches. In my case I had already ordered brand new complete door harnesses so I had all the plugs. I did put up a video explaining how I did the fold part and that takes 2 relays so you can wire up a switch. I wired the fold part using a ground trigger so I can connect it to my compustar dc3 alarm. Now when I arm (lock) my truck the mirrors fold in, when I disarm (unlock) my truck the mirrors fold out. That's a little overboard but it's what I did. It kinda seems overwhelming but it's honesty not that bad. My biggest advice to you is get all your parts together figure it all out and wire everything on the bench (table) and get everything working using a 12v power supply. Before taking anything apart on your truck. This way your truck is not down and you don't get in a hurry and give up. Lastly, if I can do it anyone can do it! Good luck 🍻
I don't have experience adding power windows to that year but I'm pretty sure you can hardwire any vehicle if you do it the way I did. Hardest part would be figuring out the switches especially the drivers door window switch.
I would just install something like in this video ruclips.net/video/MuOV80jaFeU/видео.html and just add some door lock actuators to complete the install.
@@BrianYepez-w5n it depends what you are attempting to do. I only used the pigtail plugs off both harnesses which was a big waste of money. If you are wanting to hardwire like I did try getting the harness from a junkyard. These parts are getting harder and harder to find though so maybe get whatever you can find.
@@T_B_C_L so I had bought the door panels with door switches and harness, my problem is a car electrician said it’s a hassle to do with the oem door switches so I ordered the door switches off Amazon and the plugs I have are not close to what I’ll will be needing to do it how you did it
@@BrianYepez-w5n yea, unfortunately that's a job not very many people or even shops want to take on. If you have the door switches and harnesses like I have, meaning they look the same, I would definitely use them. My whole truck was hard wired and I've had zero issues. Best part is, anybody that gets in my truck can't tell at all. The job seems intimidating but it's actual not difficult at all. My advice is to get everything working on a table or bench outside the truck. This allows you to figure everything out much easier. Basically like I did in my videos. Make a schematic of your wiring then just transfer that to the inside of your truck. Easy peasy 😉

I’ve read that 99-05 w/t you can actually get the harness from a p/L p/w truck and suppoesedly it plugs right in under the dash. I’m not 100percent sure but that’s what I’ve heard.
That sounds like a good idea but honestly it's not really possible. You need to get the wiring through the door grommets and that's not possible with any type of connector already built into the harnessr. You really need to build it from scratch. Honestly man it's super easy. Just get everything you need (window regulators, window switches ect) and build it out of the truck to work out the kinks. Once you have everything working properly now just take what you designed and build it in the truck. Kind of like I did in the video.

Good luck 🍻
@@T_B_C_L thank you so much, you’re awesome!!
Hope your doing good sir , can this work on a 2000 single cab gmc sierra?
I don't have experience adding power windows to that year but I'm pretty sure you can hardwire any vehicle if you do it the way I did. Hardest part would be figuring out the switches especially the drivers door window switch.
Okay thank you, can you send me what your fuse box looks like
@@eddieromero7222 I don't have any vehicles near 2000
Okay thank you
Every time I go to use the switch, the switch blows, why would that be?
@@joshsanders1181 do you mean the fuse blows?
do i need single cab harnesses?
Yes, if you do what I did you need the plug for the single cab switch that's for a 2 window switch.
appreciate the response bro! im try it out this weekend! on my single can as well
@@alexrodriguezLtz good luck man, hopefully you get it all working!
How do you add door locks too?
I would just install something like in this video ruclips.net/video/MuOV80jaFeU/видео.html and just add some door lock actuators to complete the install.
I’m having a issue where the black wire that gets to the regulator does not get power along with the blue one any ideas?
I'm not sure man. If you follow my wiring it should work.
Hi, how to invitate you to test our third brkae light for 07-13 Silverado
You can contact me at eroracing@gmail.com
Where could I get the harness at
I posted links in the description.
@@T_B_C_L yes I seen would I order 2 of the for both driver and passenger? Two of the links say they have been discontinued.
I just orde my windows regulator from Amazon today
👍
Sir; a few months ago, you help me a lot with my 2012 Silverado swap power windows, now I bought a 2003 Silverado and try to swap it, but I'm very lost about the wiring with this model of truck, if you know something or have diagrams, will be help me!! Thanks 🫡🫡
I wish I could help you, but unfortunately I've never wired those year trucks so I have no experience with them.
@@T_B_C_L i understand! Thanks 🫡
I’ve read that 99-05 w/t you can actually get the harness from a p/L p/w truck and suppoesedly it plugs right in under the dash. I’m not 100percent sure but that’s what I’ve heard.
@@T_B_C_L do you have a video doin the rear doors
@@petebert7203 I've only done this on a 2 door regular cab truck sorry.
Would you bench build and sale the harness
That sounds like a good idea but honestly it's not really possible. You need to get the wiring through the door grommets and that's not possible with any type of connector already built into the harnessr. You really need to build it from scratch. Honestly man it's super easy. Just get everything you need (window regulators, window switches ect) and build it out of the truck to work out the kinks. Once you have everything working properly now just take what you designed and build it in the truck. Kind of like I did in the video.
So my crew cab switch’s won’t work for my single cab?
I'm sure it can be made to work but I only have experience with the single cab switch. Unfortunately the switches are completely different.
@@T_B_C_L ahh okay thank you so much for responding!
@@oddlyfe0061 🍻
can i do this on a 90 sierra?
I'm sure you can do this on any truck if your hard wire them.
anybody do it on a crew cab ?
It can definitely be done but unfortunately the crew cab switch is completely different so, my guide is no help.
Hello awesome video but I do have one question, where do you get power from?
Under the dash at accessorie box.
