It was Gwyn's species who's name I forgotten and don't care to remember since they do not deserve it who did this.
We may not know all the facts but one thing is CLEAR AS DAY. This was an unprovoked act of war at the time of it's committing that should NOT go unpunished. As it stands, all Starfleet did was make first contact. The REST of it falls on the Diviner and his species. Only Gwyn is innocent.
