All psyched from the new WSS film and am happy to have found this arrangement.

Thank you! I can’t wait to watch the new WSS film as well! Heard so many great things about it!

This was a great listen, a Bernstein classic.

Spectacular! I think the horn hits a couple of wrong notes in Something’s Coming at “…whistling down the river…” though. It happens every time that motif returns, so it’s probably written like that.

Thank you so much! The arranger made a few subtle changes with harmony, melody and rhythm throughout the suite so that spot is one of them. Great ears for picking that up though!

@@isaacshieh Ah. Why would they change the melody? Makes that phrase so unsatisfying…

@@cmw12 that’s a very good question and I’m afraid it’s above my pay grade haha…

Hello I’m not sure actually! I believe the copies we used are scanned parts originally from the Conservatorium where we met and formed as a quintet 6-7 years ago…

For some reason they have pulled this arrangement "off the shelf." Various university libraries have it in their collections - and the occasional quintet enthusiast may have this set. Good luck in your search.
