I really enjoyed this sequence and will revisit frequently. As a beginner recently returning to a (almost) daily routine, and over 50, this was a great and reasonable challenge. I even released some emotions at the end while child’s pose. I so needed this! Love your channel! ❤

I love your yoga practices. You always deliver exactly what you promise. Every 5 minutes, though, I got an ad... I had to break my postures and concentration to press Skip and it was a little annoying. Is there a way you can turn off ads during the videos?

Really nice, challenging sequence. The ad break was distracting though and takes you out of the meditative yoga flow.
The average I Q (according to reports) fall in range of 85-115. Yours has to be around 130 135. It is hard to be able to remember all the turns, lifts, stretches and then to actually do all of them and do them right is amazing. I have seen a lot of yoga woman on here and its not yoga at all it just showing off their body. Nothing wrong with that but I think yoga is more of a skilled thing not a show off body thing hehehehe
