using a macro, on provided or acquired keyboard software to delay the c key, by binding a c key macro, to the c key itself, with a 0ms-5ms delay to match the space bar scan rate delay, or for each individual key group's scan rate delay, you can super glide normally on any keyboard with c and space. you can test this with Notepad by holding c and space together (to where they start both at the same time), if you get ( c) your keyboard should be fine for super gliding but if you get (c ) you need to macro the c key, to itself, with a delay of none to 5ms depending on your board.
limiting fps at 120 or 144, and flipping the crouch button like c or v upside down, got me 9/10 consistently. I got used to doing superglide on 165, but found more consistence on lower frames. Theres also another one that helps me a lot. I had a difficulty getting the timing right at the peak of the climbing, the shaky stuff, but found later on that hearing a specific sound cue helped me. Now, I can't do it because I'm playing on 300hz. Whenever I hit a superglide, it's more on luck than skill.
Unfortunately there is no fix for discomfort my man, like my family history, I struggle with the nerves and muscles in my hands, and my severe addiction to video games has caused more than a few injuries. The most you can do is whatever hurts the least, along with stretching your fingers and wrists

it’s great to learn a bunch of movement tricks, but none if it matters when you don’t use it in matches. i rarely use movement tricks during a gunfight but sometimes use them to engage in one. in my opinion, the time you spend not shooting and moving around in front of your enemy is not as important as just shooting back. of course for me, movement has it’s own place and time which is definitely not in the heat of a fight.

Pros and cons not better or worse
Yo, I gotchu, my bad man. It was supposed to come as more of a light joke than serious flame, but my delivery with stuff is bad, and it is probably the biggest dispute within the apex community. My only issue with controllers is that I feel like it lowers the overall skill expression of the game in pc lobbies. I'm not saying it doesn't take skill, but the whole thing with rollers, and people starting scripts(on both controller and keyboard) has been to keep up with the skill expression of players who are way better at the stuff I'm trying to learn. I consider scripts cheating, and genuine controller players have a very linear or bland looking playstyle because their strengths consist of shooting and beaming. I think that good controller players are the minority, and I don't think anyone should get upset about adjustments or patches to inputs until they know how it's going to change the game. For instance if they adjust the aim assist down to what majority of the pro scene actually uses, it would give better players on controller more of a chance to shine and no one could say anything about it. A lot of COD players don't even use aim assist, the difference between the two games is time to kill, it can take significantly longer in apex to gun someone down, which is why people feel like the stickiness of the aim assist is unfair. I don't know how to feel about modded controllers, same as keyboards with adjustable inputs or button macros. I don't think one keypress should start a timed, delayed, or multi-input macro- because it just sounds like scripting on an expensive input. I don't really look into this stuff, most of it I know nothing about, and I'm not an expert on game balancing. I mean, I play Valorant. configs go both ways, I've seen them abused on both controller and keyboard and they're simply not fair, it doesn't take skill, just a command line.
