Chia seeds work great for indigestion/heartburn, or late night acid reflux...just in case too much of anything is ingested:). Nothing worse than a slow burn:)

The stencil at 9:27 reminds me of Japanese brocades. I've added it to the "when my ship comes in" wish list: i am picturing gold or copper on either a rich purple or darker green. Used as the end papers \ inside cover of a book.
