after that, build your house.) Here's wishing you a rich harvest, with all God's blessings! God bless all your efforts, and crown them with success! Excellent work.A 'thumbs up,' to everyone!

Matt don't know if you have one but, I had a neighbor who had what was called a levee squeeze. It was built on a frame and was basically made from two old three point grader moldboards mounted on a 45 degree angle to each other opposed with a 2.5 to 3.5 spacing between them in the center you pulled your levees by runnin it flat about 2 to 3 inches deep that soil would be pushed together in the middle and packed...it did not leave that deep barrow trench like a
Regular disk levee plow leaves. A good operator will build a levee that are really easy for combines to cross during harvest. I cross a standard built levee one year with a 715 IHC Combine and broke a drive wheel axle extension....

Hi Gene, most of the soil is called Adobe, very clay-like, so it's dark in color naturally---may give it an appearance of being wet on screen. There certainly is moisture in the soil but the chisel plow's function is to open it up, expose the soil to the sun and dry it totally out.

So this will probably sound odd to you guys but here in Europe we very rarely use the hand throttle, i started driving tractors at our farm in about 1989 and have never seen one without foot throttle. We do use hand throttle when driving implements that need constant rpm like forrage and hay equipment but never on road/yard use or most of our tilling equipment. I on the other hand was thought to never use more rpms than needed. Funny how different we are 😊
