there are 9 unique costume stats (3 for the legs and 2 for each other body part) and each one has 3 tiers, low medium and high, depending on which stat it is it's either 5% 10% 15% respectively, 10% 25% 50% resp., 1, 3, 5 resp. or 2, 7 resp., then high tier costume pieces have the numerically best stats of their stat category. as for which particular stat category is best on each body part depends on what you are doing. the dtm wiki has every costume piece and its buffs documented (I think they're all in the costumes category? it might be called "outfits", idk go check on there yourself), and if you are in the official server for dtm you can find my analysis of the costume buffs in the pins of the strategies channel, where I explain how every single costume stat buff works and then evaluate when each one is useful. hope this was helpful
