[UPDATE: 02/12/24] I have now confirmed that the Gamebuds X work with PS5. The PlayStation version sadly does not work with Xbox. So if you have both platforms, just get the X model.
how do they connect to the ps5? it keeps saying it doesnt support it ive never had such problems with earbuds.even trying to download a fireware update is complicated and cant be done on the device!

I'm your opinion what's the better earbuds. The inzone earbuds or these? I'm not an audio hed so the audio doesn't have to be perfect but good. With the capabilities of these then the inzone earbuds what would you recommend
Yes you can. You'd need to disable the auto power off through either the mobile or PC app though. Otherwise it'll turn off when it doesn't detect a signal.
I currently have the Logitech Gfits, and i have been surprised by their directional sound, and the sounds quality. However, the battery life isnt the best and find that i have to switch to my Arctis Pro Wireless Headset to give them time to recharge. But after reading reviews and watching videos like yours (Which was fantastic btw). I cant help but think that the Steelseries Arctis Buds will be an upgrade? Have you used or tested the Gfits, and if so, which would you go for an why?
I haven't tried them so I can't comment on sound quality. The gamebuds have really excellent positional audio and they do have a bigger battery. Based on the specs though I don't think there is likely to be a night and day difference between the two models.
i have the nova pro wirelesss too, the functionality of the earbuds is fine, it just not there yet. friends still saying the mic sounds like im in a toliet bowl, so until the tech gets there for earbud mics i just cant approve of these.
@@stephenwong8053 Outside of mic quality, how is it compared to the nova pros? Just got glasses and the headset + glasses is a pain for long sessions. Wanna get these buds if they're not too much worse than the pros and have a seperate mic so really don't care about that.
If you're talking about the Sony PULSE Explore, sound wise they are quite different due to the type of drivers. I have a soft spot for planar drivers but not everyone likes their unique signature. From a features point of view the Gamebuds have them beat. Much bigger battery, ANC, an app that lets you customise the EQ. If you're talking about the Sony INZONE Buds Truly Wireless then they're much closer in terms of features. I can't say if the Gamebuds sound better though because I haven't tried the Sony.
Do they have mic monitoring? Seriously considering these as now wear glasses and headset gets uncomfortable after a while. Dont want to be shouting though.
I'm on pc only, I don't own any consoles. which version should I get? I want to use it on my ally x and android phone (note: I have dolby atmos on my ally x)
Can I use Xbox version connect Ps5 and XSX? Because I see the introduction page said the ps version model of this ear bud can't connect XSX, But the xbox version said it can support ps5 and xsx both. That make me feel so confused. So anyone have used this ear bud, can talk about whether Xbox VERSION could connect PS5 and XSX or not.

@goukigod but I search from Amazon, the Xbox version product information page show its model name including Xbox/PC/ PS/ switch/ mobile models. But the PS version page not including the Xbox model but other 4 models. That make me feel confused

@ trust me the guys on the other end are using premium headsets, I’ve been gaming with them for years. With one of them we both have the game buds and tried together, garbage. With the others in the party and also using on discord the result was the same, can make out what I was saying just, but when I put back on my Nova Pro wireless headphones they was a marked increase and the quality of the mic was excellent. There was a recent firmware update and it has improved the mic on the gamebuds, not massively but hopefully they will improve with more firmware updates. Sound though is very very good.
@@mjherpen3442 sound of the games is excellent. They’re nearly good as the Nova Pro wireless I have. The position of footsteps is also very very good. The mic is garbage. It has improved with a recent firmware update but still miles behind a boom mic. It will more than likely improve some more over time but not as good as a boom mic in my opinion. Very comfortable to wear.

Strange that you can't update the buds with the mobile app. For example, my JBL ear buds get their updates from the JBL headphones app NP.
Agreed. Being able to do it from the app is a big plus for the JBLs

Would they work with the Playstation portal? Since they work with PS5
No, because the portal requires PlayStation Link. Which as far as I know, only Sony branded headsets and earbuds have.
I'm on pc only, I don't own any consoles. which version should I get? I want to use it on my ally x and android phone (note: I have dolby atmos on my ally x)
Either, it makes no difference when using it on PC. Features are the same except that on PC you also have access to EQ software.
Is it impossible to use FOR PLAYSTATION on xbox?
@@boromarl3567 yes
Yes, xbox requires special bluetooth stuff for it to work so you really need to get the xbox version (the xbox version also works on playstation)
