Much needed podcast. We want more podcast on parenting please. Also speaking from uk I can assure you there are families here who are working so much towards our children upbringing. Myself moved to Pakistan in 2018 and came back after a year reason was the Muslim community is actually really strong here. I have 2 sons aged 13 and 9 and Alhamdulilallah I'm home educating them. We have home educating groups and the children are doing actually good. I agree to everything aunty is saying but just want to include humbly that we parents are equipping ourselves for this generation and In sha Allah trying our best with all our health and wealth to make them Momin In sha Allah. Prayers needed.

Mere bachy abhi tak extreme use of mobile / internet se door hain. Mere ghar tv nahi lagta. Very rare we watch it. Same internet ka time hy unka wo bhi protected. I give them time to do activities in their own and use their brain. They ask what to do we are getting bored and I say koi baat nahi ho jaao bore. Thori der main wo kuch na kucb shuru kr dety hai. Parents aj kal time bhi nahi dete na attention divert krty hain. Namaz k tine busy kren, quran time dain, khany, nahany aur sony k time. Bhut hi kam shayad aik adh ghanta bachy ga un k paas jis main ap chahyn to internet de dain. So keep it as a treat only and parents bhi zyada na use kren un k samny. Try it.

تین مشکلات کے تین حل 1- اگر شہوت میں مبتلا ہو ہو تو اپنی نماز میں تجدیدِ نظر كرو، ضرور نماز میں سستی کرتے ہو گے... فَخَلَفَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ أَضَاعُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَاتَّبَعُوا الشَّهَوَاتِ(سورہ مریم آیت 59) پھر ان کے بعد ايسے نااہل لوگ آئے، جنہوں نے نماز کو برباد کر دیا اور خواہشات کی اتباع کر لی- ---------------------------------- 2- اگر تم عدم توفیق اور بدبختی کا شکار ہو تو اپنی والدہ محترمہ کے ساتھ تمھارا رابطہ درست نہیں ہے لہذا اس بارے نظرِ ثانی کرو.. وَبَرًّا بِوَالِدَتِي وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْنِي جَبَّارًا شَقِيًّا (سورہ مریم آیت 32) اور اپنی والدہ کے ساتھ حُسن سلوک کرنے والا بنایا ہے اور ظالم و بدبخت نہیں بنایا ہے۔ ---------------------------------- 3- اگر روزی کی تنگی اور زندگی کی مشکلات میں مبتلا ہو تو قرآن کریم کے ساتھ اپنا رابطہ درست كرو... وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِی فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا (سورہ طہ آیت 124) اور جو میرے ذکر (قرآن وسنت) سے اعراض کرے گا، اس کے لیے زندگانی تنگ ہوگی۔
Glad that this kind of conversations are happening; This generation is lucky in a way that many many motivational speakers are actually talking about parental responsibility and their mistakes; it was forbidden like 2 decades ago.. speaking about parental mistakes even on religious grounds was enough for a social boycott from friends and family. Lie if they ask you to lie, deceive if they ask you to, for they control whether you go to heaven or hell. In subcontinent region unfortunately parents are considered infallible, and that's the root cause of bad parenting. We don't align training kids with islamic values rather we give more importance to individual family traditions and cultural vslues which are still coming from our ancestors' religion Hinduism or Sikhism or whatever religion they had before accepting Islam a few centuries ago.

Parenting is not hard when you stick to the sunnah and most importantly provide a very LOVING HOME for children where they enjoy parents and each other's company. You have to have proper communication, give each other space and understand boundaries. What's happened over generations is parenting has difficult because most parents are no longer how they use to be back in the day. I've seen several where they are on social and outside of social rather then giving time to their children. Everything should be done in balance. Rather then yelling at children try just talking to them like a frd it works.

Being as a daughter and a child of this era I think it's very difficult for young's to deal with toxic parenting especially when it comes to emotional attachment with parent because today's young generation need emotional connection and contact with parents they want them to understand their thinking living in this time where our lives are empty of Respect love and care seems like a burden sorry to say but a parents should need to think a little too much about their kids which is very important fortunately every parent try their already best but they need to flourish their way of parenting according to this era

تین مشکلات کے تین حل
1- اگر شہوت میں مبتلا ہو ہو تو
اپنی نماز میں تجدیدِ نظر كرو، ضرور نماز میں سستی کرتے ہو گے...
فَخَلَفَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ أَضَاعُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَاتَّبَعُوا الشَّهَوَاتِ(سورہ مریم آیت 59)
پھر ان کے بعد ايسے نااہل لوگ آئے، جنہوں نے نماز کو برباد کر دیا اور خواہشات کی اتباع کر لی-

2- اگر تم عدم توفیق اور بدبختی کا شکار ہو تو
اپنی والدہ محترمہ کے ساتھ تمھارا رابطہ درست نہیں ہے لہذا اس بارے نظرِ ثانی کرو..
وَبَرًّا بِوَالِدَتِي وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْنِي جَبَّارًا شَقِيًّا (سورہ مریم آیت 32)
اور اپنی والدہ کے ساتھ حُسن سلوک کرنے والا بنایا ہے اور ظالم و بدبخت نہیں بنایا ہے۔

3- اگر روزی کی تنگی اور زندگی کی مشکلات میں مبتلا ہو تو
قرآن کریم کے ساتھ اپنا رابطہ درست كرو...
وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِی فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا (سورہ طہ آیت 124)
اور جو میرے ذکر (قرآن وسنت) سے اعراض کرے گا، اس کے لیے زندگانی تنگ ہوگی۔

Glad that this kind of conversations are happening; This generation is lucky in a way that many many motivational speakers are actually talking about parental responsibility and their mistakes; it was forbidden like 2 decades ago.. speaking about parental mistakes even on religious grounds was enough for a social boycott from friends and family. Lie if they ask you to lie, deceive if they ask you to, for they control whether you go to heaven or hell. In subcontinent region unfortunately parents are considered infallible, and that's the root cause of bad parenting. We don't align training kids with islamic values rather we give more importance to individual family traditions and cultural vslues which are still coming from our ancestors' religion Hinduism or Sikhism or whatever religion they had before accepting Islam a few centuries ago.
Mohabbat Karna sab say asan Kam hay mgar ham apnay comfort zone say Bahar nhn Nikal rahay......is best parenting ethics comment.

Parenting is not hard when you stick to the sunnah and most importantly provide a very LOVING HOME for children where they enjoy parents and each other's company. You have to have proper communication, give each other space and understand boundaries. What's happened over generations is parenting has difficult because most parents are no longer how they use to be back in the day. I've seen several where they are on social and outside of social rather then giving time to their children. Everything should be done in balance. Rather then yelling at children try just talking to them like a frd it works.

Sabse mushkil ki baat to ye hai k parents ko apni zimmedariyon ka ehsas nhi hua wo is baat ko manne ke liye taiyar nhi or unke bachhe agar apne bachhon ki zimmedariyon ko uthate hain ( jiske liye wo khud dua karte hain,parenting sikhte hain) to unke liye mushkile khadi hoti hain .k bachhon ki tabiyat ka tareeqa nhi pta.....

Being as a daughter and a child of this era I think it's very difficult for young's to deal with toxic parenting especially when it comes to emotional attachment with parent because today's young generation need emotional connection and contact with parents they want them to understand their thinking living in this time where our lives are empty of Respect love and care seems like a burden sorry to say but a parents should need to think a little too much about their kids which is very important fortunately every parent try their already best but they need to flourish their way of parenting according to this era
