Recently relationship got broken. That was too toxic that didn't have khauf a khuda, manipulative in nature he used to hit me publicly. I got injury out of that. All my family members insisted me to leave him but I always kept hope everything will be fine. Finally he hit me and abused me in s public place brutally. I used to cry like every day he treated me like I can not express. I know all these there is a constant war in my mind I can not solve it. I can not sleep peacefully. I can not talk to people I feel anxious. I can not sleep peacefully. I know haram relationships do not have barkat. I have been struggling since last 2 months I literally don't know what I feel. Just something is not okay. Knowing all witnessing every worst day I can not move. My heart got traumatic. I can not hear certain words, can not face darkness. I don't know what to do. I belong to a poor family I myself manage my study expenses. Can not visit a psychologist. I m just surviving. I want mental peace.

You have sum up my whole 2 years. I am suffering from this extreme anxiety, trauma and panic attacks. I was so strong, brave and workaholic but now I couldn't concentrate on my work. This happens in episodic and suddenly feel like pain in my chest. Thanks for highlighting. I just come from namaz and sajjud and ask ALLAH for help to recover me from this extreme sufferings. I feel things are slipping from my hand and i am in deep pit where nobody would help me. If something happen, I couldn't handle it. I followed this breathing techniques, it works but as its episodic so its relax for a time being. I really want to do meditation, exercises and relaxing therapy to recover. I don't know why completely I will back to my normal self.
I am in same situation like you since 4 years, and since last six months I am also feeling pain in my chest and in the back. I just watched the video, they touched each and every point related to overthinking from symptoms to solutions. I applied breathing technique and it worked. So, I have a feeling now that exercise and meditation are the best solution of this problem, Plus with "challenging the thought technique" one can recover from it. I pray for your complete healing. Allah se bhi bhot dua karti dekhein...hum nahi sochte sochna kis ko pasand hota hai kisi ko bhi nahi hoti h... mujhe to bilkul bhi nahi hai...soch khud hi dimag m aati h m khud bhot divert karne ki koshish karti hoon but nahi hoti....

Aslaam Alykum overthinking is whispering from shettan basically what he does to disturb your salah is that he mimic ie copy your thinking voice you have in your head and use that voice to whisper to you tricking you to think what he is whispering to you is actually you thinking that so if it’s anything blasphemous then you will feel disturbed and may even stop your salah to stop these thoughts which is ultimately shettan end goal
So when you know his trick then deep down you know it’s not YOU thinking these evil things and they are easy to ignore

Recently relationship got broken. That was too toxic that didn't have khauf a khuda, manipulative in nature he used to hit me publicly. I got injury out of that. All my family members insisted me to leave him but I always kept hope everything will be fine. Finally he hit me and abused me in s public place brutally. I used to cry like every day he treated me like I can not express. I know all these there is a constant war in my mind I can not solve it. I can not sleep peacefully. I can not talk to people I feel anxious. I can not sleep peacefully. I know haram relationships do not have barkat. I have been struggling since last 2 months I literally don't know what I feel. Just something is not okay. Knowing all witnessing every worst day I can not move. My heart got traumatic. I can not hear certain words, can not face darkness. I don't know what to do. I belong to a poor family I myself manage my study expenses. Can not visit a psychologist. I m just surviving. I want mental peace.

JazakAllah, sir. I really needed this type of video; it's truly useful. I've been suffering from this issue. I experience panic attacks, and often I hurt myself. I've never shared this with anyone except Allah.

Bhai bohut accha kam kar rhe hai aap kyuki bohot aise ladkiya hai jo demag ke doctor ke pass nahi ja sakti hai
You have sum up my whole 2 years. I am suffering from this extreme anxiety, trauma and panic attacks. I was so strong, brave and workaholic but now I couldn't concentrate on my work. This happens in episodic and suddenly feel like pain in my chest. Thanks for highlighting. I just come from namaz and sajjud and ask ALLAH for help to recover me from this extreme sufferings. I feel things are slipping from my hand and i am in deep pit where nobody would help me. If something happen, I couldn't handle it. I followed this breathing techniques, it works but as its episodic so its relax for a time being. I really want to do meditation, exercises and relaxing therapy to recover. I don't know why completely I will back to my normal self.
I am in same situation like you since 4 years, and since last six months I am also feeling pain in my chest and in the back. I just watched the video, they touched each and every point related to overthinking from symptoms to solutions. I applied breathing technique and it worked. So, I have a feeling now that exercise and meditation are the best solution of this problem, Plus with "challenging the thought technique" one can recover from it.
I pray for your complete healing.
And may Allah SWT bless them on this noble deed.

@@mishu1056 JazakAllah, There would have been alot of people in the same situation but one of the problem in our society is we don't discuss. Thanks to this platform who is giving awareness to the ones who are suffering.
@@tahirarif650 people judge us. Even our close friends and family think it mental issue and take for granted. If we discussed about our problem. They call it " Zehani Mareez" and start acting bad.
@@mishu1056 💯 agreed, people's reactions are very disappointing, they don't know how serious this issue is and it has nothing to do with zehani mareez and it can come to them as well. As I myself don't know when I get caught up with this but after a very long time I realized I have this.
