@@zayankhan2544 there are a few… first of all the scientific portal theories that he take from Quran are out of context… and it’s a long discussion to actually understand why I’m saying this… secondly when he talks about some islamic fiqah issues he lacks authentic references… 3rdly his efforts to change the world is totally based on the upcoming generation, which you can call the next 100 year plan.. and when it comes to the current youngster or university students, he gives them abstract inspiration and have no clear path that can lead these people… it’s similar to Jordan Peterson they use their psychological communication skills to sound logical, but when you really deep dig it’s all abstract and you have no clue what to do even if you understand… i love this person and appreciate his efforts, but that’s what i know about him

Sahil Bhai , archery specially with a heavy bow, is also very useful for muscles coordination and strength development. It's not that dynamic but to maintain that balance and stability lots of muscles are being used. It's also the Sunnat, including swimming and Horse riding.
