Yes you will get all the eyepieces, by lower eyepiece you can increase zooming, to buy them you can contact the seller contact details in the description box, you can't see Uranus and it's don't has auto locate...
What about maintenance? Is it too difficult compared to reflector telescope? Celestron vs this reflector telescope of same specification,any suggestions?

@@therushi1 buy 30 or 40 mm deep sky lenses with it. It will give huge different if you want to see that clearly. This according to out local dealer who is honest guy.

Not Upside down its mirror view, but you can correct it by using erecting eyepiece...👍🏾

No... But you can get more zoom with barlow + 4 mm eyepiece
