Kangel is from a game Needy Streamer Overload. There are multiple endings. The best endings are:
she becomes addicted to sex
everything that happened in game was just her imagination. Ame (Kangel) is real, but player was just a part of her imagination
in the rest of the endings she cheats on us / gets depressed / commits... death
