I always use the clips. I soak my lint free pad in a glass jar of CS remover till it’s soaking and then clip that on. The free edge of my nail is always last to remove especially when I have multiple layers. I think that’s because it’s less warm there. I have not used the dip jar. I’m too afraid of the abrasive nature and that my nails will peel eventually. I guess you have to do what works best for you!😊
