If you're saying Base Vegeta requires skill, then so does Blue Goku, lol. I know he has blue hair, but it's okay for him to be technical. Blue Vegeta requires some finesse, too. I don't see what's so hard about doing Base Vegeta's basic BnB into loops, but the point is if you don't do loops with Base Vegeta, you're not playing him. Same goes with Blue Goku. I think his loops, especially the optimal loops, are harder. There's a reason Nitro drops his combos even offline. And from what I've seen, the guy you mentioned does impractical combos for the most part. They're not realistic to do in any setting.
To be fair I should've done a super out of the barrier when I ensnared him or fallen with a j.H. In hindsight the 5m wasn't as insane as I thought it was in the moment, but at the time I only considered the options I had available and not how the situation ended up playing out.
I get your gripes with fighterz on pc but from a viewer standpoint i feel like it looks way better in videos as the game almost never has frame stutters compared to consoles(i main a day 1 ps4 so its bad)

FYI even on hard knockdown you can do videl level 1 and super dash right after but have to EX leg grab for hard knock down again
The scaling is so bad but you can get good oki with the right assists
