I have signed up to one & done. On the walking days this will be great. Years ago I used to go to aerobics class & a lot of these moves were included in the warm up so I'm excited 😊😊

Great workout in a short time. When you add the arms it makes it work! I'm 68 and have a weak upper body. The arms are going to get stronger with these steps!
I wasn't sure if this would feel much like exercise but with the arm movements it really works! Thanks, it is a great alternative exercise when you don't feel like going outside for a walk.
Did this for the first time today and I absolutely LOVED it! I am so glad you added an arm workout, as I always do your other arm routines. It is freezing cold in Cape Town but I am sweating after this 😂😂 This is going to be my winter workout from now on - THANK YOU!!🎉
I was like, please don't fall into the pool. 😂 While I loved all of your indoor walking routines, this was my personal favorite! I especially liked the side tap and mini squats. And I'm sure you were working up a 😅😅😅sweat in that FL humidity. Thank you Gaby for another wonderful workout! ❤
