Interesting Facts for Jaby:
1. Biswapati Sarkar: the writer of Pitchers and Permanent Roommates is the same guy who appears in the end of 4th episode and gives his card to Naveen and team
2. Arunabh Kumar: He is playing Yogi here and he is the FOUNDER of TVF and he has a very cool story of himself.
3. Deepak Kumar Mishra: The guy who played Purushottam in Permanent Roommates, has also directed multiple episodes in the series.
So point is these are not just the actors, they are the actual TVF team behind the camera also.

Just for ur info Jaby.. Yogi (real name Arunab), Puneet( real name Biswapati) ,Jeetu( real name Jitendra kumar ) are Engineering Graduates and Post Graduates from IIT Kharagpur. IIT is The Indian equivalent of your MIT and it is really tough to get admission there. so my point is that these guys are the top brains of the country who have actually left their lucrative career and started a company called TVF which makes 'INTELLIGENT' shows which are aired only on the internet....

Pendrive Story Clarification:
The pendrive did have their business details. Mandal flies off to Bangalore (hence the expenditure of Rs 35000). Maybe fights with Purushottam to get back his pendrive (band-aid on Mandal's neck while giving the presentation). Meanwhile, Purushottam may not have been able to utilize this opportunity probably because he couldn't find an investor to pitch to or he pitched it badly or maybe some other reason which writers are not concerned with.

You are right Jaby about Indian TV shows. Most of them are crap and caters to housewives. We don't have Pitchers or Permanent Roommates etc like TV shows. The youth is frustrated with TV.

Achara was not exactly wrong about the contents of the Pendrive! It definitely did have some sensitive information as Jeetu mentions that it had all the demos and PPTs and templates etc. Moreover, in case it did have only the pictures, Mandal would have told them.
My two cents: It had the sensitive information AND the pictures that Mandal used to click post every meeting, because Mandal being Mandal.

Regarding the ending of the season, I'm with Jaby. It was a clean ending. Fans of GOT and Mr. Robot understand the importance of a clean ending. ;)
Indian soap operas don't function in the format of seasons. Most of them (like what Jaby said, targeted at housewives) run for 5 days a week and run for, wait for it........ 5-8 years!!! So, yeah, he is right when he says, there is nothing like TVF out there on Indian television. In fact TVF's motto is to break the internet (if you see their animated logo, TVF falls on TV, breaks it and stands on top of it).
Also, the second season of TVF Pitchers is coming out early next year. :)

You were right about indian TV shows, most of them are for housewives and really Boring. you wont believe some Daily shows ran for about 9 Years without any break !! I loved TVF Pitchers when I first watched it, but you guys put a whole new dimension to it for me. I did realise that it takes sacrifice to achieve what you really want in life. But what you guys reinforced time and again about the difference between passion and happiness is what really struck a chord. All of you, I realise are extremely hardworking and driven, god knows I could certainly use some of that drive in my life right now. Thank you for that :)
Having said that, I want to point out that this was somewhat similar to your MS Dhoni trailer discussion with Greg Alba. I loved it then and I love this now :)
I liked what Chuck said about the ending being self sufficient, like how they end a series if they're not too sure if they have another season coming up or not. Also, I'd love to know how Jaby has quite an accurate insight about the Indian television scenario ? :P a major chunk of the shows are baseless and here's TVF Pitchers proving what good story telling looks like.
And now I'm excited for Jaby to hit a million subscribers just to hear him sing the song *wink wink* :P

Really enjoyed watching this all over again, but this time it felt as if I was watching with my gang of friends. :) Jaby and Achara were a delight. Chuck was awesome. Liked his way of reacting, saying things like ' .. Daaaaaaayyyyymmmn' and yet being quite attentive to the story plot. I hadn't thought abt the pendrive not having anything 'actually important' until he said it in the last. He rocked the show!
