Great idea! It's so hot where I live I never want to add heat to my body 😂 so I've never used one of these either. Generally in the US women use electric heating pads if anything. Ironic you post this now, I haven't had a period in 2 years because of birth control and things, but I just switched to a new one and now I'm having PMS and major back pain. I do get mild cramps but my biggest thing is back and thigh pain that is so bad I feel like I can't walk or even sit sometimes. My husband is great with me but I wish more men were! He's not knowledgeable but interested so that is what counts.

Ehmm I think it depends on the country you live in. Here in the Netherlands you can buy them in many stores (like home decorations stores). But I think if you google ‘hot water bottle’ you’ll be able to find them online as well! Hope this helps :)
