Its refreshing to see that even though Narukawa lost to the MC he was still supportive of the two to get together. Best story ive watched so far
What amazes me the most is that Soraki's mom's cosplay costumes fit Anna perfectly.....

I'm kind of surprised Renji actually became friends with Soraki after he whoop him in video games and that he was actually the one that was telling him to confess his love to Anna,🥰 it's sweet that they got together but on a serious note why did his mom have all those cosplay outfits it was almost like she was expecting him to bring a girlfriend over one day for her to wear those for him.😏
I'm pretty sure that he mentioned his mom was into cosplay herself.

@@TheAttacker732 Naw, them Wally world outfits are stretchy material that you get in small/medium/large sizes, so, if she was fairly close to the same size as his mom, they could fit.
I like all the characters in this story, especially Renji who had character development and became MC's bro(he's still narcissistic though😂) Also watching this story definitely feels like watching an anime romcom episode for me considering how long this was(in fact this was much longer as it doesn't have an OP and ED)

Renji. Started off as a self-obsessed narcissist but actually went through character development and accepted his defeat with grace.
Sure he's still a narcissist, but it's at least toned down. Unlike most narcissist characters who would double down and go for broke with their egos.
The most unrealistic thing from this is that Walmart has a nurse outfit and cat ears when it doesn't look like it's Halloween season

you can't call yourself an average gamer is you rank 1st in the world in at least one (probably more) games. it seems too many of these romcom writers have a warped idea of average, normal, typical, etc
There's more bad players that think they're good than there are good players who can accurately gauge their own ability.
I ran into this twice now, with WoT & OSRS. In WoT, statistically I was performing head and shoulders above ~2/3 of the active randoms, but it never felt like I was doing better than average. It was only when platooning with a friend performing a hair over statistically average that I realized just how inaccurate my self-perception was from his comments & questions. Meanwhile, in OSRS, I was fighting one of the quest bosses that goes beyond a stat check and requires some mechanical skills to win against for the first time. Every other boss fight for me to then was just a simple stat & gear check, or could *easily* be cheesed. (OSRS is kinda bad about that...) So I'm having to re-evaluate where I stand and figure out what content I've previously ruled out that is actually within my reach. (Ironically enough, the first step I took was to a mob that turns out to mostly be a stat & gear check. Not particularly helpful for my purposes.)
But realistically? I could have gone for so much longer not realizing that my experience wasn't the norm. Even seeing it on paper wasn't enough for it to actually sink in.

Jesus. For a moment there i thought we were going for some romantic *parkour* between Anna and Renji. I would literally fall of my chair if Soraki told Anna he actually is into Renji 😂😂😂
Well, this certainly was an interesting story. Renji was an interesting antagonistic kind of character, dude was a complete narcissist, but he did keep to his word and help Soraki confess his feelings to Anna. And it was nice seeing Soraki and Anna both confess their love for one another and become a couple who plays video games and cosplay together, especially Anna beimg super affectionate and lovey-dovey to him. And he finally lost to Anna, after so many wins, at least they had a rematch so they could become a couple in the end. But I'm still wondering why Soraki's mom had all of those costumes, including the dog and cat ears to go with them.
And the use of current gen vocabulary was a nice touch, it definitely sets this story far apart from other manga stories in terms of dialogue.

I'm a month late. But...this is one of the few YT mangas that I would legitimately love to see as an anime. I loved all the characters, loved the humor, the absolute refusal to adhere to tropes. I liked the build up of their relationship, how pure it was (no misunderstandings or misinterpretations), and how they teased each other naturally. If this were the first episode of an anime, I'd absolutely keep watching.

@@mobi8046 he’s somewhat newer, yes. I only found out his name because of an Uta’s RomCom video he voiced in and I asked who the VA was. He replied to my comment saying it was him 😅
Several of these channels are under one parent company I believe. Not sure if this is one of them or not. VA's seem to rotate around and the stories can be quite similar at times. Still entertaining to see different art styles, VA's and translations to English. This one used a lot of modern slang terms.

Sakuraba just wanted to have a peaceful school life but with Anna following and clinging on him and pestering him all that Jen which led to the guy’s giving him stares like what’s their problem? They were probably jealous because a cute girl like Anna is around an introvert like Sakuraba. I’m kinda surprised that Anna admitted she was bugging Sakuraba and was annoying but Sakuraba denied it let’s be honest he found her annoying but probably didn’t want to say it because she’s a girl. The shocking part is Renji becoming bros with Sakuraba though he’s still narcissistic. It’s great they got together but why did Sakuraba have all those clothes and did he loose to her on purpose in the last scene
