I can relate to this MC. I was bullied fervently at school, and when I went to the teachers they didn’t do much. My brother was the popular type, and despised an introverted loner such as myself. It gave me a strong sense of justice, to the point of self righteousness. I’ve thrown myself into danger for the sake of my friends, and recently got fired for doing what I thought was right. This lifestyle leaves you a bitter, angry person with few friends and family. A life I wouldn’t recommend, especially for the faint of heart.

Being the hero it's not supposed to be easy. because if it were then everyone would do it. The hardships that you face for choosing to live a hero lifestyle are there to test your resolve. Being a hero means facing hardships and tribulation and rising above, doesn't mean you always succeed in doing so. Spider-Man is a perfect example of what a hero is supposed to be he faces more hardship more times then he cares to count. But he chooses to get back up because he knows that it's right. That's why I want to be a hero in this world. Because it's easy not because of popularity or selfish gain any chance so has been hard that's horse knowing that making the world a better place by doing so

Yeah had a moment when I was a kid where I swallowed a quarter and it got stuck in my throat. I remember I liked the taste of coins, mild panic that it was stuck and fear that I was going to get in trouble. My dad came home like twenty minutes later and I hid in my room for like an hour trying to swallow it. I could breathe but it was rough. I finally gave up and went to face the music. Luckily he was so distracted/worried by the fact I almost died that I didn’t get in trouble.

I mean, she's not forcing him to change FOR her. She's helping him change for his own sake. You do know it's actually possible to change.
On one hand, yeah very toxic, she kinda doesn’t understand the consequences and is a little selfish. But on the other hand, dude really could get seriously injured or killed realistically if he continues the way he is.
The accents that this dude gives to the characters, first the red haired Bostoner, then the deep south bayou accent. Legendary.
I definitely like the energy put into this manga dub here. Most of them on RUclips are done with some monotone voice with some lofi music in the background
Chisaki don't feel bad about your scar. Its a badge of honor. I also have a burn scar on my back from helping a small child, and their dog to escape from a burning car. I've never met the child I saved. I didn't do it for any hero worship. I simply did it because it seemed to be the right thing to do at the time.

I kinda hate the FMC. I know she thanked him in the end, but before that she also said that she wanted to kick her savior's butt and she hates people like him. I honestly don't understand that mindset, it makes her kind of ungrateful.
She was basically lying through her teeth because she didn't wanted to think that the person who saved her was out there risking his life just like nothing.
The bigger idiocy is falling for a girl who hates you just for minding your own business and literally not affecting her or doing anything to her!

The way I see it is that she was only speaking out of frustration when she said she was going to kick her savior, because she couldn’t find her him yet. She just really wanted to thank him and let him know not to sacrifice himself so easily, it was just tough not being able to do that for so long. So it really didn’t help that the MC’s way of self sacrificing himself for others kept reminding her of her unsuccessful search. I mean she showed her appreciation by spending the next two years of high school to help the MC make friends, instead of kicking him lol

This was a really good one and quite (mostly) realistic. I especially like the main message of being helpful to others but not doing it to the point of unnecessary self-sacrifice. Take care of yourself first so that you can be there to help others.

Chisaki was right ... his scar was a medal of honor 🤩 Mutsuki treated Chisaki pretty bad because he reminded her of the boy who saved her life without thinking about his own safety (not knowing that this boy was Chisaki) 🤔 Well, at the end they became friends after she realized that he was her savior back then and (more important) after a honest and serious talk 😊 At the end they became a wonderful couple (it's great that he got someone at his side who could "restrict" him a lil bit if his sense of justice gets too strong) 😍
Thank you very much for this partly head-shaking causing (regarding Mutsuki) but overall entertaining video with a wholesome end 🥰

This is one of the only tsunderes that I’m ok with because she could be way worse. And it’s not like they started dating right away after she found out who the MC really is. Could her attitude had been better towards the MC (before knowing everything)? Absolutely. However, I feel that because the MC always reminded her of her savior it only kept bringing the fact that she still hadn’t found him yet. She probably knew that her attitude was wrong but couldn’t help but be frustrated that to that day she still couldn’t find and thank her savior. That’s why she spent the next two years helping him out to make friends to show her appreciation. It was obvious that she loved him for what he did but she waited until graduation to finally confess, which tells me that they got to know each other better before dating. Don’t get me wrong though that attitude of her’s at the start is absolutely shitty.

I know this is wholesome and all, but someone Like her isn't great for someone Like him. Let me explain why.
First off, let's establish what we know: he has a strong moral compass, isn't very tolerant of crap and is very selfless. He's disagreeable, but kind. His extreme fixation with heroism makes him blind to other people's emotions. He's naive, yet has self-respect. He is proud of who he is and doesn't want to change even if it means that people won't like him. Sure, he doesn't like not having friends, but he's resigned himself to it.
People like this are rare and while hard to be around because of their high moral standards, are important because they will always help you if sh!t hits the fan.
He reminds me of Desmond Doss, a soldier who carried dozens, if not hundreds of injured soldiers off the battlefield and got them to safety. If you haven't seen hacksaw ridge, I suggest you do.
People like this are truly great and thats why she fell in love with him.
People like this are selfless to a fault, and people see that and it makes them look at the ugliness and selfishness within themselves. And they don't like that. That's why people avoid them. It's why she doesn't like him, either, which reveals a bit about her.
This is why this pairing doesn't work. She can't accept the high standards and difficulties that come with him being great.
He doesn't want to change because he's proud of who he is and fulfilled in who he is. He's accepted all parts of himself, the good and the bad, but she can't accept him. She wants the hero, but not the standards that come with the hero. Instead, she wants him to change to fit into the ideal she has in her head of what he could be. Still be the hero, but also her dream guy. She can't accept that this is how he is so she tries to change him more to suit her needs. She wants him to be a more subdued version of himself that she can handle.
And him, as smitten as he is, will do his best to change for her. It's sad to see
She wants him to be a superhero and a husband/family man, when she fell in love with the superhero. while that might make him more tolerable to other people, it'll dilute what makes him unique, which is what made her fall in love in the first place.
In the end, this will both only make them both miserable. He won't feel truly fulfilled because his conscience won't allow him, and she'll realize that him changing for her wasn't what she truly wanted because now he's no longer the same man she fell in love with.

Plot Twist:
After Chisaki and Mutsuki started dating, they started living together in college until the time Chisaki ended up in a life-threatening accident, which left him comatose. Mutsuki, being the daughter of a rich family, asked her parents to save her boyfriend's life. Unknown to her though, Mutsuki's parents were actually members of a secret organization whose objective is to discover new ways to improve people's lives. They then sent Chisaki's comatose body to their medical division and the scientists and doctors there proceeded with numerous experimental treatments on his body, which eventually led him to become a cyborg. Chisaki eventually was reawakened after 6 months and after learning of his current situation, he decided to test out his new body. Mutsuki was overjoyed upon hearing that Chisaki has recovered but was shocked at what happened to his body. Chisaki reassured Mutsuki that he's fine and that he will undergo rehab and other tests to get used to his body and is thinking of using it to become the hero of justice he was meant to be.

There are multiple times the wrong voice actor reads the wrong lines. Other than that, i really did like this story. I appreciate it.

This story is hilarious. Not even halfway through but i usually find overly positive and overly serious/rude people annoying. But i don't know the dynamic of the MC and FMC had me rolling multiple times. I actually enjoyed the story. Also i kind of relate to the MC i too have always had a strong sense of justice.
So it was all because of a misunderstanding and not realizing who was the one, huh? Chisaki is a good person for helping out Mutsuki, and for being good for not holding her disgust of him against her. Any other guy would disregard her immediately after the "Yuck" part, but Chisaki is a good guy. I'm glad they could move past that unsavory part and can be a couple together. Mutsuki really needed someone like Chisaki to straighten her out.

Although I am not as much of an active hero who patrols, that doesn't mean I would hesitate to help someone who is in trouble. I don't mind having scars as they are just a symbol of my past to me. I have had multiple scars. Some from my pets (accidental scratches), and quite a few burn scars (mostly self-inflicted on accident). I'm working with soldering and robots so to me the scars were inevitable. Most burn-type pains are very temporary and fade quickly so I don't mind them. However, building a campfire with a sunburn is HORRIBLE. It hurt so bad and I had to take care of it so I just dealt with the pain. I left the area as soon as it wasn't necessary for me to be there.

Like an emergency supply bag underneath the bed, or not leaving the drier on at night or when I leave, stuff like that. If it still happens, I'd do my best before it's out of control.
