@TourmalineSurfer that beeping is comming from the vario-meter. It basically is needed to find thermals. example: If the pitch of the beeping is high (or it beeps fast) it means the glider is in an upwards airstream. If it is low (or beeps slow) it means the glider is in a downwards airstream. this can be turned of in case youre wondering ;)

This looks great! I'm from the Netherlands, no mountains for me:( I'm flying at a local airfield and am finally solo (last lesson is videoed on my channel!). We also have a DUO discus, absolutely love that thing. Will be replaced for an Arcus t or m in a few months though
