I spell it with Con from Comic Con and Ch as Tsk or Chi without "i"

@@danielvicol3992 1 month late cause I just stumbled upon this video but Kohnk (h silent) is actually how you say it, I have never seen someone say "Conch" like the way you elaborated, Google also states that what Terrasteel said IS correct, hope this helps

The Magic conch will teleport you into the sky if you use it when you have a skybridge at the edge of the world.

Fact No. 15: when riding a flying mount, the player's sprite sampling switches to a different sampling style (different from the usual "point" style rendering), this is done so the players won't have jagged edges or pixel staircases when the mount tilts.
Hey Terrasteel here two other useless information:
1 - Since 1.4 Solar Flare Armor Damage Reduction System was changed to the own armor provides 12% while the shield provides a fix 20%, this technically makes 32% DR while the shield is on but in-game there's nothing saying that
Funny or not the own devs showed this New system on 1.4 spoilers
2 - Since 1.2 every furniture set is different but on 1.4 the introduction of celestial ones go against this because the 4 set are identical with just color swap, vortex one is the only "original" because it matches with the respective Tower and theme, this is notable by the bubbles on blocks and the Whirlpool-like design of the furniture
(And probably they won't change this on 1.4.4)

Great video! Here's some more useless info for people reading the comments, as well as a useful trick for journey mode players!
So Fact 8, the one about the travelling merchant (TM) item number, isn't actually fully correct. It's actually not too unlikely for the TM to be selling 11 items at once because the 1/98304 chance is only for him to sell 11 "base" items. This means that items that always sell together, such as team blocks/platforms, or a full vanity set like the Chef set, count as one "base" item. So the actual highest possible number of items would be 21 items. While I don't know how to calculate what the chances of that would be, I assume it would be insanely unlikely.
Also it wouldn't take nearly as long as 1481 hours to brute force it, since while he does have a 22.12% chance to spawn per day, that is a chance acquired from his chance to spawn per tick between 4:30am and 12:00pm. Since the TM just has a chance to spawn every tick, you don't actually need a full day to pass in order to have him spawn, and you can simply just set the time back to 4:30am as soon as the game hits 12:00pm repeatedly. So if you are also able to reset the time every time the game reaches 12:00pm, it would only take around 463 hours, or 19.25 days (This is based on Terrasteel's calculations, since the 7.5 ingame hours of spawnable time is 31.25% of a day, and I just multiplied that by 1481 hours), to get a TM with 11 "base" items.

I use the obsidian horseshoe in pre-hard mode when collecting hellstone if I can’t find and fledgling wings.
Yeah I pretty consistently use it to.
But it usually comes off as soon as I leave unless it's warding or menancing

Ok one wrong thing I noticed 9:02 you can actually get regular bunnies on ftw seeds by catching bunnies while there is a party since it spawns party bunnies but when caught give you regular bunnies which can then be place back down and killed
1:14 the Mushroom Chandelier is also asymmetrical
The honey, living wood, flesh and bone chandeliers are also asymmetrical
Lacewings aren’t actually butterflies. They’re more closely related to antlions than they are butterflies and moths. Considering all three exist in Terraria, it might not be unreasonable to say such holds true therein.

there are some things that may cause the player's sprite to not be perfectly aligned with the pixel grid, which is what I think makes them blurry
this is usually not an issue since the player sprite is almost always at the same position, directly at the center of the screen, however mounts can offset the player a little bit
1:33 This change was probably made to ensure you couldn't miss out on certain enemies for the bestiary in the unlikely case you somehow made it all the way to hardmode without killing them.
Well not only to ensure you could kill one, but also 50 for the full bestiary entry and banner
The wyvern one is actually useful since you can kill it when its head is out of bound and lose the drop.
on its introduction the obsidian horse shoe was an okay item, however almost no one at the time used the horse shoe items outside of exploration cause it was to rare to actually take fall damage outside of corruption diving, and sky island finding with gravity potion. there is also the fact that you had 2 options to merge the obsidian skull with, an horse shoe, or an cobalt shield. the shield often times was seen as the better option as it was still a low mobility game (wings where the old angel and demon wings, and the end game was the mechs).
also since the old times, i remember people looking for any and all reasons to not have to equip the lucky horse shoe, ranging from saving cloud in a bottle jump, to grappling the floor.

fact no. 28 is actually usefull as i did not understand why the demon conch wasn't working in a drunk world until i read the wiki and made a platform to teleport to
8:58 this has been possible for a while now, I’m not certain when it was changed but bunnies and normal demons do now spawn around half the time.
Fun fact: If your world enters hard mode, part of the tree will be yellow, possibly representing the hallow.

Finding it isn't really too difficult, it's making a video out of it that takes a decent amount of time.

You can actually get a normal bunny in Ftw when you have a party going on in the world and gem bunny’s as it simply replaces the gem bunny’s with normal bunny’s with party hats
I once had the travelling merchant sell 11 items. I though it was super weird but didn’t screen shot or anything. I knew it was unusual but had I know it was that rare…. Damn.

In the queen slime trophy i see a true nights edge with no color instead of a feather

I don't know if you've done this yet, but there is actual multi-layer programming to make rgb light peripherals show things related to what is going on in game (for example, if it is raining your keyboard will have rain effects.)
i think the soul of flight dropping from wyverns is useful in case u accidentially kill it while its head is out of the map bc it can sometimes be unobtainable

I would assume that on fact 15 the character being blurry is related to the fact you're not actually standing still while using a flying mount, the game is still pushing your character upwards, just really slowly
I would imagine it's a result of your sprite now being able to tilt forward, and backwards. Probably some side effect of how they render that,

I'm pretty sure the queen slime trophy is a sword, as it would be a counterpart to the king slime's, along with the fact that there is a hilt on it and a guard
All the trophies are parts of the boss, EoC's teeth, skeletron's arm bone, Retinazer's lazer etc
So queen slime couldn't drop a sword if it doesnt have a sword as part of its anatomy like king slime
Plus the counterpart still works given its a vaguely sword shaped item covered in gel

I like the easter egg clouds in Terraria tbh. I always liked how there's a lot happening in the parallax backgrounds in Terraria, I think more 2D games should utilize the backgrounds as much as Terraria does.
The mushroom, living, and frozen chandeliers are asymmetrical as well.

I'm surprised that in all of these videos, you never even brought up the fact that the obsidian accessories wouldn't even protect you from walking on fire blocks. The obsidian skull would only protect your head and the shield would only protect your front. The obsidian water walking boots and horseshoe would protect your feet, but not anywhere else. Some kind of ancient obsidian protection magic mayhaps?

Here’s two useless facts
You can play old generation terraria on Amazon devices like the kindle tablet
And in this ocram is still available while the end game bosses are golem, duke fishron and ocram also there’s no expert mode hardcore softcore settings
You just make the character you cannot customize clothing but can change colors and hair
All you can do for character creation and world creation is
Select small - large world size
Corruption or crimson - no random option
No changeable clothing
No difficulty changes
This was more than 2 facts but I got lazy and didn’t fix it

Wait... Youre telling me that no one uses the obsidian horseshoe?!
almost no one used that item since its release. there had always been graple tech, jump tech, and rocket-boot tech (nerfed from alpha when it used to be infinite with meteorite armor).
not to mention, it was usually much better to make the obsidian shield than it was to make an obsidian horse shoe.
