If u cut out the sugar(carbs) and high fructose corn syrup(soda, etc) u will lose a lot of weight. I lost twenty lbs in a couple weeks by just doing that. That sugar and syrup sticks to ur body. Also meat don't cause weight gain. I ate chicken the whole time and i didnt gain weight. If u want bread, eat whole wheat or multi grain thin.
