You can buy the tape at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS etc... its kinesiology tape. Soirts doctors use it quite often n can be used for back issues shoulder sprains strains etc... pull it up on you tube under kinesiology tape. Good with Arthritis issues as well.

It doesn't cure bunions. It may help relieve pain and also enable you to wear certain shoes more comfortably.

I tried doing this but when I tried it with one big toe there was pain when I pulled it away from the other toes should I still try this
Maybe try pulling it a little less. The idea is for it to relieve pain and/or help you wear certain shoes without them rubbing the bunion.

Ok I think my big toe is outta of place right now I move it it is burning.
Ive been inserting the round sponges from pill bottles between the big toe at night. Instant relief.
