That explains so much! I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it seemed like I had seasonal hair loss. My hair would flourish in the spring and summer but would be brittle and break off in the fall/winter. I tend to drink more water during the warmer months and my intake dramatically decreases when its cold out. Water gets replaced with coffee, which also dehydrates the body. This also explains why the Biotin and B12 vitamins wasn't helping the situation either. Changes need to be made. Effective immediately.
If you dont drink alot of pop and juice n shit and drink water as a habit you should be fine...i seen more growth in hair before than i did about 3 year ago
Yes it should. It's a lot of people who do water fast and actually dehydrate themselves and complain about losing hair. Then once they realize this and up there intake they say their hair grows back to normal. They call it detoxing, but I believe they are getting dehydrated badly.

Being depressed isn't helping as poor adrenal health can contribute to hair loss, as well as a poor diet. You also, want to be sure that you are using quality products for your regular hair/beard care.

Alcohol is also a factor cause it's a dehydrating agent. I noticed my hair thinning and getting dandruff from drinking too much during the pandemic
