    Regain ( start with once a day.. it's no joke people experience heart palpitations when they start using it twice a day right off the bat)
    Dorma roller ( every 5 days )
    Biotin ( start with 5000 mcg )
    Castro oil
    I started using them a bit too late .. but it brought back a lot of my hair

    Yea it sucks to lose your hair. Either own it by shaving it once it recedes at a certain point or use the myriad of options from rogaine to a hair transplant to keep it for a while longer.
    Great thing about being black is the shaved look looks great. My white friends usually have to worry about their head shape and tend to keep the sides, but I always thought it looked kind of silly. Just shave it lol

And after watching this video I realize by wearing a hat every day to hide the thinning hair wasn't a good idea either. Any tips/products I can use to slow down the process and even try to regrow stronger follicles in the thinning area?

      The only thing that really works is medication like finasteride and/or minoxidil
      If it isn't that advanced you could just try healthy practices like keeping a healthy balanced diet,drinking lots of water, working out and taking magnesium and zinc tablets which have lots of benefits that are not related to just hair loss

    I revived my hair line by doing daily maintenance. I conditioned it everyday and then used a dht blocking shampoo called groganics. Dht is a hormone that causes hair loss. Eat foods that block dht and take saw palmetto supplements. I also used Vick’s Vapo rub on the parts where I was balding. I also did hot oil treatments with blends of castor and rose hip oil with essential oils. Rosemary, lavender, peppermint, and cedarwood essential oils all promote thicker hair. If you do anything moisturize your hair every single day !!!

      honestly the vick vapo rub went to work! I applied it everyday multiple times a day. I also took really good care of my hair. i washed it regularly with my dht blocking shampoo and conditioner with cold water. I also did hot oil treatments with castor oil and essential oils. I moisturized daily. So, I suggest you use the Vicks and rub it on your hairline and also take really good care of your hair. I could go on, but look up ways to block DHT it is the hormone that cause hair loss and it is more prevalent in men

    Aside from a scalp peel. Dermarolling once a week. Jojoba oil bc it doesn't clog the pores. You can take supplements to reduce stress like Fo-Ti which also helps w/ blocking DHT. On top of this take MSM to extend the hair growth stage and Omega 3-6-9 which also blocks type I and II 5-α reductase. Topical GLA works as well. The reason you're losing hair is an increase in DHT. Either your diet, environment, habits are causing your testosterone to be converted to DHT in the scalp and the DHT is binding to and minimizing the follicle. Like a dry plant. Reduce and/or block the DHT to begin your hair regrowth then feed it the proper nutrients. I would start w/ blocking the DHT, then do a scalp peel, heal, dermaroll and supplement add daily 10min scalp massages and red light therapy. Sounds like a lot but it is science to it.

    • @Chelseakafan
      @Chelseakafan 2 года назад

      Bro can u tell me the other ways to block dht?

    • @rehtuluv
      @rehtuluv 2 года назад

      @@Chelseakafan Finasteride works but takes up to 6 months of consistent use to see results. To go the more natural way. Omega 3 alone can block DHT but takes up to 4 months to see results. Green tea reduces DHT but takes up to 8 months. My advice first focus on scalp massages and make sure you get the 7 main minerals, calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and sulfur.
      These 7 minerals will reduce inflammation, increase hair growth, allow efficient protein and nutrient uptake and stop any type of dandruff. If you can't get all 7. Start with calcium & magnesium first. Add zinc.
      To increase results drink more water, get more protein, exercise often and get some good sleep. Drink adaptogen tea which will help balance your hormones.

    I feel like most hair loss that people are concerned about is genetic. The reason I say this is because it usually happens over a long period of time. Yes, stress can make you lose your hair and other things, but this is usually temporary. I never wore hats as a kid, never over brushed too much, my diet was just like any other person around me, and I didn't get frequent line ups. But I remember, my barber cut my hair once when I was 15 and said, my hair was thinner in some parts and that I would go bald early. 10 years later, he was right. That's how long it took. But it wasn't noticeable to me until my 20s. Good thing I'm super confident, and I look good with a bald head. And my beard is flourishing so I'm not mad. But I can see why it would knock someone's confidence. I'm still curious if it can be reversed though

    it's been proven that your hat would have to be reeaallllyyyt to the point of cutting off circulation to have any effect on hair loss.. but 9/10 it's just genetics.. no one thing causes male pattern baldness or prevents it from happening...grow your hair.. keep chemicals out of it all you want, still my go bald. just embrace it if you have to. I have alopecia areata and have a few round spots towards the top of my head (so even a high bald fade looks weird since you can still see the spot) so I just shave it to a stubble and grew a beard. I think a lot of people I scared to lose their hair

      I would not go as far as to say its genetics 9/10. New Studies show we can change our genetics. Its called Epigenetics. Because Hat are comprising our health long term. Our follicles need constant exposure to light and oxygen. When someone wears all the time it becomes problematic.

    • @christaylor7916
      @christaylor7916 6 лет назад +4

      ik that you were asking him, but Im responding to you because he may not. I believe they very well should grow back: ESPECIALLY if you apply oil to your edges. I did the same and my edges started growing in, and turns out, my edge up was being lined up further than what it was supposed to be FOR YEARS, and THEY STILL grew back. So yeah, they should grow back. Just keep applying oil consistently and avoid edge ups, but make sure when you put them on and in front of your edges that you are gentle with it because you could end up scraping some baby hairs off if you apply the oil too hard.
