I think it is a simulator. There appeared to be no bumps as he taxied and touched down, and at 5:19 the ground to the side of the taxiway looks flat, and has no texture to it.

I'm having the same question. Although it probably isn't because they're using a GoPro Hero which makes it curvy and smooth.
