I've been watching a few of these
A bit of history. The T34 had a robust diesel engine, nearly all German and American tanks had petrol engines. Diesel engines were far more reliable and suffered limited breakdowns, diesel oil is also less prone to combustion, its less flammable than petrol octane. T34's did not erupt into balls of flame like Shermans did when they were hit. The T34 was a very reliable tank during WWII, the Soviet tank crews revered this tank, it was highly manoeuvrable, had adequate firepower and great protection with its sloped armor...that initially amazed and shocked the Germans! It was superior against the Panzer III's at the start of Operation Barbarossa and the Germans had to rapidly create new tanks i.e the Panther in order to compete against it. 💥😱💨💯

when i watched the video, i couldn't imagine how the crew tolerated the noise.
This looks like its shaping up to be a very good sim. My only caveat is that they are not planning to add AI infantry. To me that eliminates a huge dimension of any accurate armor warfare sim. Why even bother simulating antipersonal weapons like MGs if the player wont get to effectively use it?
the driver controls are wrong, when the steering controls are all the way forward their track’s speed depends on the gear knob. putting the steering sticks to the half way point puts both tracks in neutral, and pulling it all the way back enables the individual track’s brake. This stuff is on wikipedia idk why they missed it

In am very pleased with the progress since I got it a couple months ago. I just hope they make the exterior damage models a bit better
