INGREDIENTS:
FLOUR 350g(12.3oz)
DRY YEAST 3g(0.1oz)
MILK 150g(5.3oz)
SUGAR 100g(3.5oz)
BUTTER 30g(1oz)
SUNFLOWER OIL 15g(0.5oz)
EGG 2
SALT PINCH
LEMON PEEL
COTTAGE CHEESE 250g(8.8oz)
SEMOLINA 1.5 tbsp
RAISINS 80g(2.8oz)
Bake at 180C ( 356F) for 45 minutes
Baking pan 22 cm

That is very dry cottage cheese you use. Here in Canada cottage cheese is very creamy and wet. I’m wondering how to fix that.

Unfortunately, I don't know how wet your cottage cheese is. But you can try adding more semolina
Cea folosita arata ca fresh farmer cheese nu ca Cottage cheese (in US este tot la fel, mai lichida), eu folosesc si cream cheese sau Ricotta cheese.
Strain it through cheesecloth.
Can I make almond flour ?
I wouldn't advise. It'll be better if you leave everything as in the recipe

Non si fa così.Poì hai messo poco formaggio è tanto impasto.Devi farla all contrario.Poco ìmpasto è piu formaggio.È ìn mezzo si fa segno della croce,con un pò di impasto.😊
