Definitely a coyote. Looks healthy ( except for a pretty severe case of rigamortus) not under weight, no signs of trama .....my guess would be rattlesnake bite. But that's just a guess
Not sure, could have eaten something at the dump and not digested it. Sort of like if our dogs eat something and need surgery to get it out. Could be anything really 🤷🏼♀️

Hopefully you get a report back from the sample.
It’ll only tell us the DNA of the animal, I wish they’d tell us the cause of death!
