I just received my samsung buds + and I cant connect to my phone in any way.
Is it that the buds have to be completely charged? I am guessing since they are brand new, that they have no charge in them?

I have Samsung galaxy A50 and Galaxy buds but when I open the case, the phone doesn't do that pop-up thing that tells you the battery and that they are connected. What can I do? Please help.
there's a setting known as 'Nearby device scanning' its found under connections settings.
go to more connections settings and you'll see it on the top.
turn it on, restart phone and the pop-up animation should work.

How do I know they are charging? They are flashing red. Does that mean they are charging?
What does it mean when I get a steady blue?
When it is flashing red that means it's low on battery. If it's a steady blue (I'm sure you meant green) then that means that the battery is at 100%.

@@TECHSYNERGIST I did buy them brand new I bought them at Walmart I just returned them they wouldn't charge or anything I'm assuming they were defective got a new pair worked just fine. Thank you for responding though

@@TECHSYNERGIST I'm literally guessing that their are clones because my dad bought them for my birthday today and they won't connect to the app to change the audio sound because they sound terrible and Bixby keeps popping op while trying to get them to pair
