absolutely, Martins are brad name IMHO, for al the headaches... meh, gimmie an FG500, 580, or 1500 when I hit the lottery.. call it good, God forbid I pry some collectors hands free of a 2000 ... lol

Too bright with not enough bottom end, but just sitting around the house jamming, probably a fun guitar to play.

How so? I have the FS5, which I am enjoying well enough. I'm not a bluegrass player, though.
Amazing chops. It’s almost performance art but it doesn’t sound musical. I wouldn’t listen to this on a walk or driving in my car
Try the bluegrass waltzes, like Overton Waltz by Bryan Sutton. They’re slower and more melodic.
